I could not have had a better experience. I was having issues installing the kitchen sink plumbing and garbage disposal. I called Service First Mechanical and they immediately came over and had the project completed in no time. Ian was prompt, professional and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them.

Omigosh. Ian was just so professional and nice to work with. He found an easy fix to our new water softener that we missed! I would not hesitate to call Service First again!!!

One more thing! I called Frisbees. They wouldn’t look at a softener they didn’t install. Karl’s sold us the unit but wouldn’t repair it. Culligan was a two week wait. Service First very happily agreed to come out in just a couple of days. Perfect.

I am extremely happy with the service I have received. Very professional and timely and their prices are very reasonable. They will continue to be my go to company for all my plumbing needs.

Impressed with the quick response and work Dave did. We had a water heater go out on a Friday afternoon, he came over replacing it and taking old one with him.
Replaced sewer line, all water lines, added a shower in basement updating the rental property. Cleaned up after himself very well. Prices were very reasonable. We will definitely use Service First Mechanical going forward.

Dave did a great job fixing our toilet! It no longer leaks down into the basement or around the base of the toilet. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him.
