Have no idea how they are for contractor work, but they have a nice shop for hosting events

I'm the service manager for Andersen Windows in the Philadelphia market. We use Northern Plains as a service provider because they are very skillful and know our product line very well! Keep up the good work!

We had a slow leaking window when it rained and had another local company come out. He replaced the entire outer wood casing and charged $1100, which did not fix the leak. I called Northern Plains and they came out and fixed the loose caulking on the window above… that did it. I will never call anyone else, again!!!

Called requesting estimate for window and door replacement after finding their ad on google search Greg came 9/11/17 and spent almost an hour measuring each one, gave opinion on replacement vendors, promising bid by 9/15/17. Today is 9/25 and I never received bid, phone call or anything--never heard another word from them???
