Cody and his team did an amazing job on our shoreline removing some old cottonwoods. They also relocated some trees for us. Great work at a fair price. Highly recommended.

Midwest Tree Service is an outstanding company to work with. They are quick to respond and get the job done. They are also extremely friendly and easy to talk to. The cleanup afterwards is so good that you can't even tell they had been here. Cody and his crew are exceptional. I won't use anyone else!

Spotted his truck in Brookings after a huge storm caused chaos all over town. Gave him a call, and he was able to respond quickly and provide a quote on some damaged trees. Did a great job in a timely manner and within a reasonable budget. Will definitely use his services for maintaining the trees on our property in the future and will recommend him to friends.

Very responsive with good communication. Easy to work with. We received a quote the same day we called, and the work was done 10 days later. Good job taking down three trees and grinding the stumps. Left the yard and the street cleaner than they were before the work. We were very pleased with this experience and would use them again.

Midwest Tree Service LLC is an amazing company for removing dangerous trees from property. We had several 100+ year old trees that were dangerously close to our buildings including our house and they safely removed them from our property. We appreciated their concern for us and our property while taking down these 80’ cottonwood especially. We highly recommend Cody and his crew.

Cody was great to work with- he was timely, came out and looked at my project and gave me a quote and kept in contact with me about the timeline when he could come out, he showed up on time as scheduled and did a great job on the work. Cody and Peyton are very professional in their work. Cody kept me informed weekly on what his schedule was, and when I could expect him on my site, he waited till the weather got cooler so there would be less lawn damage. I had four very large trees removed, two were hanging over my and my neighbors homes, no problems. Peyton left my yard cleaner than it was. Over all these guys are top professionals. If you need a tree Sevice I would suggest you give them a call.

I've done all my own tree trimming over the years but with the trees getting bigger and me getting older when the latest storm rolled thru I decided it was time for a professional. A large limb of my ash tree cracked and came down resting in my neighbors yard but was still partially attached to the tree. Other weakened limbs were hanging over the storage sheds of both my neighbors. Cody had dropped off a door hanger about Midwest Tree Service a year or so ago so I decided to call him. I got his voice mail be he called back almost immediately and sent two text messages regarding coming by to give a quote. He showed up promptly at the agreed time, provided a quote and came to do the trimming that same afternoon because they had a brief opening in their packed schedule! They came with two guys and a boom truck and a chipper and were all done and completely cleaned up in a couple of hours and came in below estimate! This is the outfit I'll be calling from now on for any tree work and I highly recommend them. One other thing. If you want to see someone who has Olympic class skills with a chain saw you need to watch Cody take down or trim a tree! Very impressive work and guys with great character and work ethic.

These guys were outstanding. They were incredibly friendly and great to work with! Would highly recommend to anyone who’s looking for this type of work done! Got a quote one day, and the work was done the following day. 3 trees removed (with stumps ground) and 1 tree trimmed. Left the yard spotless, can hardly even tell they were here (minus the missing trees 🤣). We would highly recommend anyone looking for this type of work to use these guys!

Cody is honest,trusting, and an all out go get’er. We had an unusual situation where Cody had never before experienced this. His professional expertise and opinion convinced ( we were pretty convinced already just wanted a second opinion) us that a full removal was indeed the way to go.
