Roger came out and fixed our gas fireplace and checked our furnace. I was a dreadfully cold day with about 8 inches of new snow but he arrived at 8am as planned and completed all tasks.

The Men that have serviced our equipment are knowledgeable do a efficient and through work on our furnace and heat pump. I know they will keep our heating and cooling system working for many years.

We moved to Yankton recently and wanted to check our heating and cooling system. We saw a truck with Larry's Heating and Cooling on the side, so called the number on their website. The person who answered the phone made an appointment for John to come check over our system. John came, answered our questions, did all that we asked. Both John and the good woman who answered the phone treated us with respect and kindness.

The tech was early and he had called to let me know he was on his way. When he came to my door the first thing he did was to hand me a card with his name and company. When he stepped into my home he put on slippers over his shoes and used these in and out each time. Brandon was very easy to talk with and knew what he was doing. A really good guy.

I've used Larry's Heating and Cooling for over 4 years since moving to Yankton. They have always been very responsive and reasonably priced. Their service men are very friendly and conscientious about putting on shoe booties so as to not track dirt across our carpeting.

I have a propane furnace that hasn't been service in 21 years. Since it's 2020 i thought what else could go wrong and being the end of October I thought it would be the furnace. Brandon came out and cleaned the burners, replaced the igniter part and filter frame and check the electrical components. I inquired about a humidifier and air purification units which he quoted me. It was nice he had the needed parts in his van, explained what he was doing and cleaned up after himself plus used covid 19 precautions. Highly recommend Larry's Heating and Cooling for your Service

Professional, polite, clean, effective, and timely. Also take note that Larry's has been very responsive to fixing distribution to a room that wasn't getting it's share. They analyzed the problem and completely replumbed the ductwork to that room and added a damper valve to cover the difference between heating and cooling. No complaints on the services they have provided on our new HVAC.
