My mother had Everest come out to do maintenance on her unit. She had a great experience! Tommy Ray was wonderful! So polite and professional! Thank you for being so kind!

They were quick with the appointment . Same day and reasonable cost for diagnosis. Lance was friendly, knowledgeable and didn't get aggravated with my hovering and all my questions. Still deciding on how to proceed with repairs but I do appreciate their honesty and great customer service.

My AC had been down for two days over 80 degrees in my house… Everest Air worked me into their schedule… being short staffed they were able to make things happen… Zack arrived and did an outstanding job! Tremendous young man!! Excellent and very Knowledgeable… house is cooling Thank you

Recently had these guys out here to update our HVAC system. From the office communication to the technicians that showed up everyone has been great to work with! We knew what to expect and when and they got he job done same day as was communicated. I would definitely recommend Everest Heating and Air!

First, a wonderful experience with Everest Air. Our heat had gone out a couple of weeks ago and their technician Lance came out at the time they said. He diagnosed, showed, and explained the issue. He also told us about the options on our 16 year old unit. Things were made clear and concise. Then we talked to Lynnsy who walked us through all the financing options and made things happen (I know I had to get get on her nerves because this was a big decision for my wife and I). Finally, Brad, I think he is the owner. Brad, is 110% a professional! I think he worked short handed to install our unit. He worked under his Easy Up Canopy in the dark, cold, and rain with his light to get the job done. Thank you Everest Air! FYI, the cookies were awesome! Thank you again, Jay & April.

He provided the costs of repair without being asked - did a wrap up systems check after getting the unit back up and running. Was very pleased with the service and will definitely use them in the future.

Really liked their appointment system. They also notify you by text when your technician is on their way, with a photo of the technician and their location tracking. Very helpful and safe!!

He was incredibly thorough and attentive during the inspection, checking every detail to ensure my HVAC was running at peak performance. He truly went above and beyond—not only did he make sure everything was operating properly, but he also took the extra time to help me download the ecobee mobile app and help educate me on the system. It’s rare to find a technician so dedicated to customer service. Highly recommend!"

They were able to come out the same day and the technician was very helpful giving me a low cost option. I definitely plan on calling them back again if I need help with another issue.
