What a fantastic team! From the first call, everything went flawlessly. Every person on the team is first class, courteous, professional and they do an awesome, and reasonably priced, professional job. Kelsey, Mike and their team expertly replaced my 32 year old HVAC system with care. They went beyond the other estimates and ensured the return air vents were resized to accommodate the more efficient unit and that all infrastructure was current. Class act from start to finish! If you need an HVAC replacement, this is the team to call!

Very good. Brandon was timely and goes straight to work. He was communicative and upbeat. Although he didn’t find the problem, he got the system up and working. I appreciated his effort and his
conscientiousness. The problem is apparently intermittent.

So I had to delete my old review because it definitely deserves to be revised. There is NO WAY possible that Freedom Air deserves anything less than 5 stars. The service Mike provided was that of a top notch professional. He is out to actually work with people more than anything. He definitely did that with me. If I knew 100 people needing A/C work done he would be at the top %1 of the recommendation. Mike you ROCK

We were having issues with our Heat Pump and needed the return line repaired and a protective shield installed over the lines and opening in the outside house wall. Within a few hours they came out and performed the repairs and their cost was very reasonable, much lower than other companies. Can't recommend them enough!!

Mike was very friendly and fast! ! He got our AC up and running in no time.

THANK YOU FREEDOM AIR🤩. After waiting 4 weeks with no heat or air… yes 4 weeks I fired my old ac guy and called freedom air. Immediately answered and put on the schedule 4 days later. Guys showed up well dressed, clean, mannered, and ready to work. They fixed several mistakes the other company made when trying to run some wires and hid them so well I legit can’t even tell where they ran them. So very happy to say I now have heat and air which was done in 1 day thanks to these guys. 100% would recommend for an on time professional company who’s knowledgeable about what they’re doing. Also, very much appreciated the text notifications about scheduling and arrival time.

They texted me to let me know the tech was on the way. The Technician took his time, did a very thorough and complete job with maintenance, and explained exactly what he did.
I was extremely impressed with their level of customer service, from my initial phone call with the family owned company, to their visit and final confirmation everything was running smoothly.

Mike took care of my A/C repair on a Sunday and didn't charge a huge fee like some other companies quoted me. He is honest, does a great job and shows up when he says he will. Not to mention he's a great guy. Most certainly will be using him in the future!! Thanks Mike!!

I appreciate that you could come out on short notice. The tech was very friendly and efficient. I would like to know the cost breakdown of the capacitor that he replaced. It cost me $120. How much was the capacitor itself. ?

Showed up within a few hours of us first contacting them, were prompt, polite, fixed our issue with the upstairs AC, and were on their way! We have a baby who would have had to endure the 80 degree temps upstairs and they saved us a night from hell—we are loyal to those who do right by us—we are now lifelong customers!

If you are looking for a creative and knowledgeable HVAC team, Freedom Air should be your choice. My house was built in 1996, and the builder put only one intake vent in the house. Unfortunately, it ran inside the vanity in the guest bathroom to a hallway. When I recently had that bathroom remodeled, I asked Freedom Air to recommend a solution that would not involve losing the space inside the new vanity. Mike and Brandon presented several options to relocate the intake vent, and a temporary solution that worked extremely well until the bathroom remodel was complete. In addition, I ask them to replace the entire HVAC (electric/gas) unit to comply with the 2025 governmental refrigerant requirements. Their bid had multiple options with competitive prices. Due to corporate transfers, I have owned homes in six states. Honestly, Freedom Air is the best HVAC company with which I have worked.
