Huge shout out to Dr. Dan's Appliance Service! If you are looking for reliable, responsible, knowledgeable & just down right hometown friendly service give Dan and his team a call. Dan has decades of experience, was a certified appliance factory trainer before launching out on his own. He knows appliances inside & out! I described my WM issue, he knew immediately what was wrong, ordered part, and promptly showed up when promised to complete the repair. You won't be disappointed!

I called Dr Dan's appliance repair to fix my icemaker.
Frank came out and took a look and said I can fix it, but your reffer has life expectation of 6- 10 years.
Cost of parts and labor was over half the price of a new refrigerator, and only 90 day warranty on parts.
So I decided to not repair and just plan on buying a new refrigerator. In the mean time bought a counter top icemaker, as the rest of the refrigerator works fine.
I was very happy with how Frank explained the issue with the icemaker, and so he saved me a lot if money on a repair that may have only been a bandage.
Definitely will call Dr Dan's for any appliance repairs needed in the future.

We had Frank come to look at our fridge that wasn't cooling anymore and he was GREAT, he was very informative and explained that we had bought it deemed unrepairable and we didn't know it. He pointed us in every right direction on how to get our money back he even contacted the warranty place before I got around to it and I'm so grateful he did too because we got more than was expected coming. He also was kind enough to give us the name and info of someone he knows that will sell us a new refrigerator. He was just an all around helpful guy. Highly recommend 👌

Mr.Dan repaired my LG refrigerator and did it with knowledge he was willing to share every step of the way and jokes to boot! His service made the whole experience quite enjoyable (a rarity in today's world). I would highly recommend this company to anyone who owns an LG (he is a real master of his craft)!

Dr. Dan's provided great customer service from the initial phone inquiry to the onsite visit. They are the only appliance service in my area so I was VERY thankful to have such a positive experience. Highly recommend to anyone in need of appliance service!

Dr. Dan's was professional and easy to contact through the website. They were able to determine one of the issues with my washer just over the phone and had the part on hand and sent it with the service tech. They were able to promptly schedule a service call that was convenient to me and kept me informed when the he was due to be there. Steve was personable and able to determine the issue right away. I was very pleased with the whole experience. I would not hesitate to use their service again and to recommend them with no reservation.

We have used Dr. Dan a couple of times.
Each time he and Frank have been professional, informative and friendly. They are honest and straight forward. Very fair in charges for service.
We will be sure to spread the word how great they are.

Dan went above and beyond great service. He was very informative on proper care and maintenance. He also told me what might come up in the future and made notes in his system of what he saw in my old machines so when I call him in the future he knows where to look first. I know having older machines can be costly but he explained what I could do to help them last longer. Would highly recommend him!

Dr Dan came to fix my refrigerator after I connected with him online. He has been doing appliance repairs for decades—and it shows. He was almost certain of the problem before even coming to take a look and sure enough, when he arrived, he was correct. Dr Dan’s service is among the very best I’ve encountered. Quick response, shows up on time and comes prepared. Does excellent work of highest quality. They have repaired a washer, dryer and refrigerator for me over the past couple years all with superb results.

Frank has come out to my house for several appliance diagnoses and repairs over the past few years. He's efficient, professional, and more than fair with his charges. He'll even give you recommendations for inexpensive replacements if your machines are beyond repair. And Dr. Dan's has worked me in several times when my repair needs were urgent. Highly recommended.

Dr. Dan's have been helping me through the years with different problems with my appliances! As we all know the Old saying, "When it rains it pours!" That always seemed to be the case with each of my different appliances! They came out on the times & days they said they would Everytime! They would calm my nerves & help me understand what was happening. They didn't mind teaching me a few things either. Being a widow & knowing I had to learn to do things for myself, they were so helpful at teaching me a few things to do & look at before calling them!! Their prices are very reasonable. They are all a great bunch of people. I highly recommend everyone to call Dr. Dan's appliance before your scrap a broken appliance that might be fixed a whole lot cheaper then paying for a new one!!!

I experienced issues with my dryer not heating adequately or so I thought. Dr. Dan was prompt and after evaluation, he gave me suggestions to improve my drying time as my heating element was working well.
I asked him numerous questions and he answered honestly. I appreciated his honesty as he could have recommended a part replacement. So thankful that his suggestions work!
High recommend for appliance needs!

The service representative sent to fix my dryer was top notch. He got in did his job and cleaned up after himself. Highly recommend Dr. Dan's for all your appliance services!

I moved into a new home with a fairly new existing refrigerator. I believe it was Frank who came out with a trainee. The fridge had some broken pieces that held the shelf assembly. There’s no replacement for that but Frank was able to rig a fix so the drawers and sliding shelf now operate properly. The hinge for one of the doors was also broken. He had to order that part. It took a while for it to arrive. Longer than I would have liked but I can’t lay that blame on Dr Dans. When the hinge arrived , Frank came right out and installed it. The cost of the whole ordeal was probably at industry standards. Everyone I spoke to both in person and on the phone were courteous and helpful.

Frank was very fair and honest. He explained why the ice maker stopped working . It was easy fix which I will be able to do if it happens again. Frank is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

He quickly explained the problem with the fridge and was able to order the part and fix it. I would definitely call Dr Dan’s back and highly recommend them to others. Had a standup freezer that decided to go on permanent vacation. Frank came out and looked it over well. It was a very old freezer, yet he knew enough to try to bring it back to life. Alas, it was not meant to be. Frank was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. All in all, the experience I had with Dr. Dan's Appliance Service was top-notch. I would definitely use them again.

Dr. Dan’s Appliance was great!! Communication was amazing and Frank stayed in touch and made sure that my boyfriend and I understood everything that was going on. Frank made sure that he laid out all of our options and made sure we didn’t have any concerns. Our family will definitely be using them in the future.
