Smith’s Plumbing did an excellent job replacing our old ice maker box. They removed the existing setup and installed a new 1/4 turn PEX ice maker box, seamlessly transitioning from copper to PEX. The work was efficient, clean, and professional—high-quality craftsmanship with great attention to detail. Highly recommend!

He found the leak the other plumber could not find. He was kind, respectful, informative, and diligent in taking care of the leak. He even found a second leak that we were not aware existed. He was great!

I was scheduled for an annual tankless water heater flush. Through no fault of his own (emergencies), the tech showed up towards the end if the window. Wade explained everything to this curious customer (this was our first flush), was very personable and thorough. Was very knowledgeable about our system and how it worked. Great experience.

We chose Smith’s Plumbing Services as we had used them before and were very satisfied. This time we thought our water heater had gone out.
Will was our service consult and he was very friendly and professional. He noted our pilot light was out which he fixed and advised to wait 24 to 48 hours to see if that corrected the problem.

Had garbage disposal installed, tankless water heater flushed, and leak detection done. Hunter was the technician and he was outstanding and professional, explained everything along the way. Will definitely use Smith's Plumbing again as I signed up for their maintenance agreement.

Hot water heater went out unexpectedly on my new house. Builders plumber was a couple days out. I made one call to Smiths Plumbing. They took all my info and the issues down, had the right technician out in a couple hours with a reasonable price. Thank you for the great service.

Very professional, detailed, and quick response time. They called me when they were 10 minutes out, did an inspection and determined my main sewer line more than likely needed to be replaced. In good faith, they wanted to do the appropriate steps before making us pay thousands of dollars if it wasn’t needed. They were able to perform that job the same day and we had a plan to move forward within an 1.5 (all trying to clean the line). They had videos of the entire process so we could see how bad the line was. There were roots almost every 2 feet! I was very impressed with the transparency and quality of work.

Smith’s Plumbing gets a 5 star review from me. I recently had a major plumbing problem, as the old cast iron pipes in the slab of my house had corroded out. The entire crew was great. They were timely, professional, and worked hard. A special shout out goes to Ben, who figured out a way to re-route the new pipe so my whole floor didn’t need to be torn up.

Brandon is an energetic, outgoing, friendly, patient, well versed in his field, and efficient!
He started out with descaling my tankless water heater. His no pressure salesmanship, explaining pros and cons on installing halo ion 6, rendered him the business. He answered my questions and emailed me the benefits of Smith’s Plumbing membership. He respected my house with putting on shoes cover, and cleaned up work site well, I’m pleased with Brandon’s performance.

Zac, the technician, was extremely knowledgeable. He was proficient and professional from the beginning. Zac did a great job with being very thorough in order to locate and fix the leak. Excellent service! Highly recommend Smith Plumbing.

The initial cable clean out is around $470, which does seem a little steep, but it applies toward further work if structural repair or jetting the line is needed. I would definitely trust the company to do quality work.

Had to call for an emergency plumbing issue after hours and they sent one of the best technicians that I have ever had. Zac was personable and skilled at his job. Even pointed out something that may need attention in the future. For all my plumbing needs, I choose Smith's.

We discovered a drain issue on a Saturday morning. I called Smith's plumbing. The after hours operator was very nice and explained that she was sending our information on to the dispatcher. In less than an hour, our technician Joe called to let us know he was on the way. He explained everything and gave us a quote and then went to work fixing our drain problem. We couldn't be happier with the service and the price was more than reasonable on a weekend. We will definitely use Smith's again.

Very courteous and professional. My assigned plumber, Hunter, was excellent. He answered all my questions and solved my issue quickly. Cleaned up before he left and was very friendly.

I must have gotten lucky, because I was receiving service a good 3 hours before their quoted availability that day. They made sure to contact 30 minutes before arriving. I was pleasantly surprised at the promptness.

Good stuff. Decent price. Will use again.

Allen from Smiths Plumbing came out to fix a leaking shower. He did a very professional and thorough job. I had him go ahead and put in a different shower head, one with two heads. He was super easy to work with and did a very efficient job all the while being a very friendly young man. Great job Smiths, I’d recommend you to anyone!
