I hired this company to diagnose and fix our commercial dishwasher that was not working. When I called to request service, they had someone out the same day (that rarely happens). They were able to quickly figure out the issue, overnight a part (expensive but worth it), and fix the issue all within 2 days. That was amazing for a business that heavily relies on that dishwasher. A different company in the city came before ATECH and couldn't figure out the problem whatsoever and was simply a scam to charge your credit card. ATECH was professional and had me approve all invoices before charging my card. I appreciated their prompt work and professionalism handling the billing. I would recommend them based on this experience.

We’ve been partnering with ATECH for years. The whole Memphis team is fantastic. Tony is by far the best technician on staff. I always hope he shows up when we have a service call. He’s a great guy and is very knowledgeable about everything he puts his hands on.!

The teck was super nice. They made 5 trips to get my steamer fixed. THEY DID NOT GIVE ÙP. It was a challenge but they worked thru it and got it fixed. I would recommend them and will use them again. Thank you so much for making my days easier. James Williams DSD

Overpriced and shady management adds fees without explanation before hand. Cost 65% more than was quoted.

The labor rates are misrepresented, impossible to get in touch with someone, spent a literal month trying to follow up to get work done and no one had a single idea about what work we were even calling about.

Pretty sure it is just a vampire company that does the bare minimum and then over charges without explanation.

If I could rate lower than 1 star I would.

My worst experience ever! I made a service call on Jan 9, 2024 for repair service on a commercial refrigerator that was not cooling. The technician was very inexperienced. He was there for two hours. He charged $500 plus for diagnostics and trip fee. He gave us an additional quote of $1100 plus to fix the issue. By the way, I bought the cooler for $1500 and so I declined their offer to fix my issue.

I technician from another company came two days later and fixed the issue for $200 flat in less than an hour.

Saying that I mad is an understatement. This company is a fraud. Never again!

I would look for other options before going with ATECH, unless you’re okay with paying over $155 an hour for someone to come just make a diagnosis. we were charged $400 just for someone to come and take 10 minutes to diagnose and go sit in their truck to call for a part. NOT EVEN TO FIX THE PROBLEM, which is $100 part and they want to charge $900 to come fix that. not to mention, this was the 4th time with the same fridge in the past 3 months they have been out here to work on and we are still having problems. fortunately the first 3 were covered under warranty, lucky for them, this last trip was not under warranty and now we are being charged $400 just to come diagnose it. soooo I would shop around or at least figure out the problem before they charge you $400 to tell you the problem.
