Taylor was very professional. We were very impressed. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. He showed bad part and explained repair. I would recommend Prime HVAC and Electrical to anyone.

Bradley Jordon and Drew Goodwin did a great job repairing my AC today! They were both informative and efficient. They explained this issue and made the repairs. They also did a great job explaining the importance of regular maintenance on older units like mine. I will be looking to sign up for the maintenance program with Prime HVAC.

I submitted an online inquiry for an EV wall charger quote on Monday and was amazed to receive a response within 15 minutes! They scheduled an appointment for the next day. They arrived on time, and were incredibly professional. Their quote was competitive, and they clearly explained all the costs. Just 5 days after my initial inquiry, the wall charger was installed perfectly. I couldn't be happier with my experience, and will be contacting Prime for my future HVAC and electrical needs!

Hayden was knowledgeable and friendly! He was very forthcoming about future issues we may face with our unit in the shape it is currently. He showed me pictures of the issue and was able explain to me what I was looking at. He was knowledgeable about our warranty coverage.

I had an unknown issue with an outlet being hot to the touch. Zach came by on a Saturday, on quick notice, and quickly discovered the issue and took care of it. Really appreciate his expertise!

Taylor just finished our fall maintenance yesterday, and it was the greatest review with pictures and films of the system running. We really trust the work that Taylor and the Prime group do for us. Very professional and very knowledgeable technican.

My air conditioner stopped blowing cool air. The employee, Taylor came to my home and assessed the situation for me promptly? He informed me that I needed to replace the compressor and that it would take approximately one day for him to acquire the compressor. He was very professional, informative and understanding. He did an excellent job.

I’ve called Hunter and Tyler several times this year and they show up quickly and do great work. In the past I haven’t been able to get techs out quick, especially on a holiday or if I’m heading out of town. They are the quickest to respond and today Taylor came out to help us when our heat didn’t work. The communication was great. They answered the phone at 5:30am! No robots or machines. It doesn’t get better than them!

Highly recommended! I moved into my new home yesterday and nearly froze last night because my heat would not come on. I slept with gloves on and a space heater blowing full blast all night. Prime HVAC sent me Drew and he had heat running before noon. So happy I will have a warm home tonight!

I’ve been having issues with my HVAC system for months. Multiple vendors from various companies could never figure out the issue. But Taylor did! He was thorough & provided amazing customer service. I’m so thankful he took the time to actually fix my issue instead of over looking it! I’m so pleased with the service and would highly recommend Taylor with Prime.
