All reviews for Masters Roofing

Work was performed very quickly, staffing was appropriate and they cleaned up in the areas they worked in. Prices are reasonable and service is top notch. I would highly recommend to others. If you want competent and reliable service, call Masters Roofing!

This company recently replaced my roof and they did it in one day. After getting 5 estimates, among them two people who came into our home and did a car salesman pitch, we chose Masters Roofing. No money changed hands until the job was finished. They brought a crew of people to my home at 6am and were finished by 5pm that day. It was a complete tear off and replacement and they were extremely efficient at their jobs. They did exactly what they said they would do and did it very well. They protected our home from falling debris and cleaned and removed everything before they left. We have a two story house in Germantown, TN. They’re experts at what they do.

Andrew Itnyre was absolutely great to do business with! His knowledge of the roofing materials and communication throughout made doing business with Masters Roofing a dream! 10 out of 10 we’d highly recommend them to our friends.

BONUS INFO: In addition to his professional approach to the roofing industry I’ve gotten a chance to collaborate with him in various social media projects. He has always been willing to share his knowledge without reservation to make sure that what we are working on provides the very best educational experience for those who are in need of roofing industry information.

We had a lot of hail damage on April 8, 2024. I contacted my insurance company who recommended Masters Roofing. A true gentleman by the name of Ed Hill came out and it was a pleasure to meet him. He worked with me on roof choices and made sure we got the roof we wanted. They did a fantastic job and clean up was unbelievably done well. Thank you, Ed Hill for doing such a great job on our roof!

Masters Roofing was recommended to us and they did not disappoint. Dillon Scruggs was instrumental in dealing with our insurance company and walking us through the process of choosing a new roof. We were told it would take 3 days and they brought in an extra crew and it only took 2 days. Tony and Jeff were here each day and everyone from the supervisors to the crew were great to work with. The cleanup process was amazing and our roof looks beautiful! We highly recommend Masters Roofing.

Masters Roofing did a great job! Ed Hill communicated with us before, during and after each job (paint, roof, gutters) and sent pictures of the various stages of roof replacement. He took a personal interest in our job and made sure everything was proceeding properly. Kudos to Pedro and his crew who came ready to work in the cold, dark mornings. They worked hard and were very respectful of our property. They did a terrific job cleaning up; you'd never know they were on site, other than our brand new roof!!

Ed Hill with Master Roofing gets 5 stars. He was professional. Informative, and true to his word. I am so happy with my new roof. I had a great experience. Thank you. Love my new roof.

We had our roof replaced this past summer by Masters and am very help with the job done. It started well and ended well. I would highly recommend Andrew as point of contact salesman. He has big interest in customer service, a great personality and easily available. Was on site for both days of the job and helped us thru the insurance process. That insurance process is no fun, so it was nice to have a knowledgeable sidekick.

Andrew from Master Roofing was the ultimate professional. He initiated my claim and got it approved. When the deductible wasn't acceptable to continue he dropped his contract and he was very helpful in talking to the insurance company. I would recommend Master Roofers to anyone needing this service.

We are very pleased with the service & work provided by Masters Roofing recently. My mom's roof was 25 years old & needed to be replaced. After doing research on various companies, I contacted Masters Roofing because of the great reviews posted with the better business bureau.

I worked with Chris Williams who was kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. I met with him at my mother's house to begin the process. He explained everything to both my mom & me on a level that we could understand with the process of replacing her roof. We made the decision to go with Masters Roofing after talking to Chris Williams.

The workers who replaced her roof did an outstanding job replacing her it. They also cleaned up everything and left her the outside area looking better than it did before they started. I would highly recommend Masters Roofing & Chris Williams if you ever need a roof replaced.

Really appreciate the great job the team did roofing my house. They came early and were done by about 3pm! Very impressed! In addition, Bill did a great job working with my insurance and made the claim so smooth. Wouldn’t hesitate recommending Masters roofing.

The experience was absolutely amazing, masters roofing did exactly what they promised, and actually got us an entire roof repair. Highly recommend

I am beyond thrilled with the service I received from Masters Roofing. Jeff and his staff are the absolute best!! This repair was a time sensitive issue that they were on top of. They repaired my roof and decking where a tree limb had come through my house. The roof repair looks great! Call them for your roof and repair needs. You will not be sorry!

A roof project is a significant endeavor for homeowners with a lot at stake. Its cortical to have a company that performs quality work. Masters Roofing does that and more. Its not just about the work. They provided me with a wholistic experience, providing me with support through the insurance process. They gave me guidance and advise. I never felt alone in the process. They were absolutely exceptional in every way. I couldn't ask for more. Any their customer service was a model for other businesses. I’m a roofer in the area that had the pleasure to meet Andrew Itnyre, while most competitors have a toxic air around them I can say with confidence that Andrew and the people at masters are great people and do awesome work. Andrew is one of the kindest people I’ve met in the industry and posts great work ALL THE TIME.

We were not looking forward to the insurance process with getting a new roof. However, Bill Bowlin came out and walked us through it from start to finish. Bill always answered our calls, questions and any concerns we had. He even answered our calls while he was out of town. He could not have made it any easier. 100% stress free. Masters Roofing came out and installed the new roof. Their guys were friendly and left our yard cleaner than it was before they got here! We didn't find one nail and the roof looks amazing! We highly recommend Bill Bowlin and the Masters Roofing team. They did a great job from start to finish.

Ed Hill and his team at Master's Roofing did a fantastic job on my roof. I used Master's Roofing because the roof had some major flaws that needed repair and I wanted a roofing company with a superior track record in Memphis that I could trust to be in business for the duration of the warranty and beyond. This is the 2nd roof (different houses) that Ed Hill and Master's Roofing have completed for me. Highly Recommend!

They helped work with my insurance company to get my claim settle quickly. The roof and skylights look great! The job was done and cleaned up within 2 days and the cost was the same as the quote. The crew did great! Ask for Andrew!

Masters Roofing of Memphis recently completed a full roof completion on my house. I highly recommend Masters. Jeff P was amazing to help me with all the details and insurance information. Chad and his crew were great with getting the job done in one day and the clean up was great. They took care not to damage anything from house to the flower beds.
