Rapid Response really lived up to their name—same day service was available, but I scheduled for the next day. Vance came out, was super thorough in understanding of the situation and explanation. He walked me through what was happening with my older unit and made the whole process feel very straightforward, I very much appreciated his honest approach!

This company lived up to its name and sent someone out to check on our HVAC same-day on a Saturday. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained our situation clearly. Their staff is friendly and personable, which is refreshing. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend their services.

Vance was awesome! He was incredibly professional, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my AC. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on. We are very pleased with the service and extra efforts we received from our technician, Drake, with Rapid Response Plumbing. He is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We needed him twice this week and he took care of all our needs plus worked to give us the best price. Will definitely call on their services again!

Jack is an excellent technician. He was very well spoken and friendly. He gave very thorough and straightforward answers to my questions about the issues with my unit. At no point in time did I feel pressured to purchase anything for my unit that wasn’t necessary. I would absolutely recommend Rapid Response to friends and family based on my experience.

Very responsive and at our house within a few hours of initial call. We had another issue a week later and they were able to repair the same day without additional charges. Chad was our technician for both visits and did a great job. Highly recommend!

When they say Rapid Service, the really own up to it. I called early morning today around 8 and had someone over by 11 and tech had my AC running before 12pm. Our technician was super kind and sweet. Will def go thru them again if any issues

We came home from vacation and our AC unit was not working. Rapid Responses after hours line was very helpful and scheduled an appointment the next day. Communication throughout the process was outstanding.
We received text confirmations of the scheduled appointment and when the tech was on his way. Jay came out and was extremely professional. He explained the problem in detail to us and gave us his recommendation-which we followed. I would not hesitate to call Rapid Response again.

Harley was super professional and diligent! I reached out for a leak detection and the same day they came out. It was 49 dollars flat fee for the inspection . Will do business with them again!

Vance Watkins did a great job helping us service our HVAC! Overall the service was thorough and efficient. He talked us through what the likely problem we were having was, how to help prevent issues from happening again, and helped us get set up for regular maintenance.

Drake was able to diagnose the issue with my hot water heater very quickly. He was very professional and courteous.

Landon and Leon did a great job. They spent all day trouble shooting an issue with my new furnace and didn't leave before getting it done. Appreciate you guys.

The two men did a great job installing a new outside Condenser unit and inside Evaporator. They had to get the condenser, old one out, new one in, through a tight space and accidentally knocked over two path lights which I'm repairing currently. Otherwise, the work was skilled and seems to have been done well. I only qualify that because I have little experience with these installations.

Jessi, Justin, and Landon were fantastic! They were more than responsive and did a phenomenal job putting in a new AC unit in a new room in our house that we just built. The attention to detail with the plumbing lines, location, and making sure that it was visually not an eye sore was huge. We cannot thank them enough and for doing it so quickly! 5 stars!

David Elkin has been such a great help and very reasonably priced. He is super responsive as well. I will definitely use him again

Vance was exceptional - knowledgeable, thorough, transparent, and kind. He provided before and after photos of dryer vent cleaning. Highly recommend!
