Everyone at Optimal was prompt, courteous, professional and helped me make repairs to my pool as efficiently as possible. We've used Optimal several times and won't call anyone else!!

With this cold spell - my chlorinator froze and burst. I talked to Teresa first thing ad she scheduled Corey that afternoon. He installed the new chlorinator in 45 minutes and had the pool operational. Great service and installation! I would highly recommend them!

We had a heater go out on our pool. Optimal reviewed our situation and within several days the got a new heater and installed. I should mention that they did this during a very busy part of pool season. I could not be happier. If you are looking for a pool service company look no further !!!!

What an amazing experience with Optimal Pool Solutions. I had a leak at the inlet to my filters... I called one vendor and it continually took 3+ hours to get a response and I had no idea when they were coming.
I call Optimal and during our first call I get "We will be out tomorrow." The day they were to come out I got a text message that they were on their way. Something came up and Corey called me to tell me that it would be more like an hour vs. 15 minutes. Then he came out and not only fixed my leaked but fixed some of the hack job work from the company that installed the pool.
The communication was incredible. The service was incredible. Optimal will be my go-to moving forward for any pool related issues. Thank you so much!

We've had a pool for a few years that was never really handed over to us fully from the builder and it was time to get some assistance on things that were not right, needed help, warranty issues ... I called multiple places and somehow stumbled on Optimal and they will forever be our go-to pool people. So happy we found them... above and beyond service and assistance.

Absolute incredible service. Great communication and excellent follow through. They came in and literally saved our pool. It was in dire shape (green pond, so green that I wouldn’t doubt if an alligator was in there). They brought it back to life in no time. Highly recommend!

They were clear, honest and professional, even helping me work through a warranty claim. Greg is a great problem solver! We had a large rock stuck in our pipe and he was able to get it out!! Optimal Pool Solutions has been our go-to pool company.

They didn’t just stop there – they also fixed our pool lights, getting them to work in color, and even helped me set up my Hayward account properly.
