We have been 3 months with no heat or air except space heaters that have costed us 18 dollars a day in electricity and several people to look at it and west came today and he has us all set and it is working sooooo good!!!! Definitely recommend! (Hired by my landlord) we are forever grateful for you as we have 3 babies in the house 5 and under and it's been sooooo cold!! Thank you and Merry Christmas to your family!

I let Jason do a split unit change-out at one of my rental properties because he could get to it fast!

I wasn't there during the install but there was a shiny new outdoor unit and the tenant was happy. But after he was paid in full I discovered he used the old rusted air handler carcass in the attic and it was dripping constantly because the insulation was missing! The new air handler I paid for wasn't on the property!

I will never use West again even if I have to wait a few more days for higher quality installers that stay booked up!
