Good people. If you have a warranty repair, these are the folks to call. Even if your appliance is out of warranty, they have reasonable rates and knowledgeable technicians.

Two men from A Reliable Appliance arrived the morning after I called Lowes to report some trouble with our refrigerator's lighting. These men were very knowledgeable and courteous, as well as quick! They had my refrigerator fixed in a jiffy! Kind, quick, capable service.

I had a lowes protection plan and this is the company that lowes used to fix my dryer. They were nice and did a good job fixing my dryer.

Hello, I'm the grandson of the owner and I've begun looking through these ratings. To be honest I'm shocked through the outrage and mostly negative outlook on my grandfather's company. I had no idea things were going this way and I'm in no way defending his actions or the actions of his workers. I'll bring your concerns to their attention, and if plausible then I'll do my best to change the companies future for the better.

Company did not follow through on service that was prepaid after multiple calls.

These guys never showed up...my husband called and they never showed up...they could have at least called back and said they couldn't make it

Terrible Company! I recommend you find another repair service. These people are liars. Supposed to show up and didn't!! Didn't call or anything. BEWARE HE IS A SCAM!!!

No call/no showed on us twice after scheduling and confirming appointments to repair my washer. Waste of time to work with this business.

They sent two Gentlemen to come work on our dryer. One was wearing a mask while the other wasn’t. One of them was coughing up a storm and to top it all off, they left blood on the inside of the dryer and on the floor.

This is a shoddy, fly by night excuse of a business. They have already gone out of business once because of their service and now operate out of a house. They have done nothing but LIE to me over and over. I would rate them a negative 5 star

WORST UNRELIABLE COMPANY EVER!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! THEY RE-SCHEDULE 3 TIMES AND NEVER SHOW . THE OWNER HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER. LOWES NEEDS TO STOP USING THIS COMPANY . I GAVE THEM A STAR OR I COULDN'T POST , BELIEVE ME THEY DESERVE TO JUST GO OUT OF BUSINESS .

Tried to reach them after Lowes set me up to work on our washer, Can't get hold of them the number given which was the same on the internet was disconnected. Guess their out of busness.

I was scheduled for a Monday appointment between 8:00 am & 5:00 pm. I called, spoke to Larry at 8:13 am asked if he could give me a time and he stated "sometime before 4:00 pm" I waited all day and did not hear from them so I called back at 4:00 pm. Larry "said they will be there TODAY but we're running behind." I waited until 7:00 pm and NO ONE SHOWED UP AND THEY DID NOT CALL. SO I WAITED UNTIL 10:00 am THE FOLLOWING DAY AND NO ONE CALLED AND NO ONE SHOWED UP. I spoke to GE about this vendor that does warranty work for them and explained what had took place. So instead of using a different company they scheduled this same vendor to come look at my GE appliance freezer on Wednesday. I thought this time I would be a PRIORITY after there no show or call on Monday. I was told by Larry "it would be sometime before 4:00 pm. They showed up at 4:17 pm. There was 3 repair men that finally showed up. They pinched the gasket on my freezer and said it was normal for the frost build up around the hanging baskets but also said that air was getting in around the seal. They took less than 5 minutes to come to this conclusion and even told me that someone from Lowe's would be in touch to replace the unit. But the repair man wrote something completely different than what he told me on the work order. I called and spoke to Larry at least 10 times to find what they were going to do about the seal and the frost build up and asked him to call me back. HE LARRY DID NOT HAVE THE COMMON COURTESY TO RETURN MY CALL AND WHEN I FINALLY GOT TO SPEAK TO HIM HE STATED IT WAS NORMAL FOR THE ICE TO BUILD UP AROUND THE GASKETS. (Larry and his repair men are INCORRECT IT IS NOT NORMAL FOR ICE TO BUILD UP AROUND THE BASKETS WHERE THE SEAL CLOSES) I have determined that Larry and his repair associates do not care about customer satisfaction and do NOT have the common sense to understand that the ice build up is not normal.(YOU CAN BET YOUR RETIREMENT THAT IF IT WAS ONE OF THEM THEY WOULD HAVE DEMANDED THAT THE UNIT BE REPLACED) First they do not show up or call when they are scheduled and then they will tell you one thing and report something completely different to the manufacturer. IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF SERVICE REPAIR DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I will be contacting GE about my experience and I will recommend they find another business to take care of their warranty repair. I would give them a negative star if I could. Their company name should be UNRELIABLE APPILANCE!

This Company is contracted by Home Depot, and was scheduled to repair a dryer. I Missed a full day of work and they never showed up, their excuse was forgot to give the work order to the Tech. Then couldn't give another time to reschedule, other then state to me " I cant tell you that till tomorrow at 9am" and didn't seem to care at all. Now I;m trying to deal the Home Depot to get something done and I shouldn't have to go through this. Home Depot offered a Loaner that I would have to pickup and haul back till they can resolve the issue.... WOW!

Horrible service!! Very unprofessional and disorganized! GE warranty referred them to me for a pump on my dishwasher. They never showed when they said they would be there. They never even ordered the part that was needed. Every time I called (even after 3 weeks!) it was like my first time calling. The first time Ricky showed up I thought he was going to drive through my front door he parked so close! It seems like all the employees are really old, suffering from dementia and need to retire!!

If I could put 0 stars I would. Never showed up three separate times when scheduled and will not answer phone now. They were referred as part of our Lowes warranty on our dryer. 2 weeks in and still no repair! Beware!!!!

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! I purchased a Whirlpool washer & dryer from Lowes in Hixson TN last year & my dryer happened to go out on 02/13/17 so i called the 800 lowes plan # to set something up. She advised me someone from A Reliable would come out on Wed 02/15/17 and instead i got a call on 02/14/17 from Larry & he asked me what was going on and I told him and he stated he would like to order the parts and he would contact me Friday. No phone call. Monday came & no phone call. So i called and spoke with Connie & she Called A Reliable spoke with Larry who stated he was going to call me with in 30 minutes. Nothing again. So Tuesday I gave the numbers to my boyfriend and he called the 800 lowes plan filed a complaint & while hes on the phone with them i receive a call from A Reliable about coming up to fix it. They get here & fix it & they dent the top of my dryer in the process. Just leave as nothing has happened. My boyfriend calls them and i also called Lowes in Hixson Tn and spoke with manager Daniel. WILL NEVER BUY A WARRANTY PLAN THRU LOWES EVER AGAIN - If this is how they look out for their customers. You had to do one of the stars to post

I was suppose to have service on Tuesday today is Friday and they are here but they were late.
I called all day Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday Lowe’s repairs are just not their priority. I never give reviews on companies I just feel I don’t have time, but for this company I want people to know it does not earn the one star given but you must give at least 1. I have never felt so disrespected they are rude with me on the phone and have no cares if they are late or never show up. The men were so rude on the phone not listening and disrespecting me saying they will get here when they get here. Not even willing to give me a time window of when they will show up.
