Everyone at Southern Appliance Solutions has been so helpful and professional. Josh has always shown us what was wrong, talked us through his repair, and helped us make decisions about repairs. We really appreciate the integrity and the work that they do.

The team was fantastic and gave us a quick turn around on service appointment. Jason came and diagnosed everything and worked to find parts to repair and replace all within the first appointment. He was wonderful and the scheduling technology was awesome! I would recommend them 10 times over!

Everyone who works here, from the scheduler to the owner, are kind, professional, and honest. I worked in the property management business for years and would always tend to replace rather than repair because companies charged a fortune for work that sometimes wasn't cost-effective. Jason steered us in the right direction with our fridge, was prompt, and couldn't be nicer. The text updates were great so we weren't left waiting and wondering all day. Can't recommend them enough.

This company is just great. Their business operation is very good, crews are capable, knowledgeable, trustworthy and pleasant, especially the owner. Had so much fun talking to him while he installed our cooktop.

Excellent Service and extremely helpful! We've had our Dryer for only 5 months when it stopped getting hot and drying clothes. And with three kids the laundry can get backed up in a hurry. Southern Appliance got us scheduled right away, and were very prompt and friendly. Jacob diagnosed the problem (faulty wire from manufacturer) and got everything fixed and working properly. He was very friendly and took the time to explain everything to me. Thanks again. We highly recommend.

Finally an appliance repair business that has incredible customer service! Jason is fantastic. He came out next day, gave me a reasonable time frame (3 hours) of when he’d arrive, called and text when he was 30 minutes out so I could leave work without having to sit at home all day waiting. He had great technical knowledge and checked several different things to determine the root cause. Parts had to be ordered, but it only took a couple days and he was back! I will continue to use his company as long as I’m the area.

Could not have had a better experience than with Southern Appliance. Jason was hands down AJ Squared Away and the best appliance tech with whom I’ve ever dealt. Knows his stuff backwards and forwards. Very courteous and professional but then he is a retired military man! Labor cost was MUCH less than I expected. Thanks Jason and Southern Appliance.

Had Jason out again to look at a dishwasher! This time was operator error. Didn’t need a new one! Still the best man to call when you have an appliance need! Even brings treats for your dog!!

Top notch service. We called them several times and they were always responsive, on time, professional, fairly priced and very honest. Even when they think they know the problem, they double and triple check to make sure they’re not charging you extra. (On one occasion it was a much smaller problem than what it seemed and they saved us lots of money). Another time we had a complicated issue, they diagnosed it and ordered a part. When they came back, they realized there was more to it and advised it wasn’t worth the money of fixing it for such an old machine. Not only did they save us lots of money from being honest, they also returned all the money except for the standard rate of them coming out the first time.
So impressed with them. Every person I’ve interacted with - from the owner Jason, to the employees, to the lovely lady answering the phone - has been kind and professional, both with me and my little kids. I’ll never use anyone else.

I definitely called the right repair company! He knew instantly what the problem was, and after verifying what he suspected, let me know that it would be a relatively easy and inexpensive fix. Thank goodness, because times are tough these days!

Jason has been servicing our appliances,(refrigerator, washer and dryer) for over 4 years and he has been a joy to have in our home. He is honest, reliable and basically has worked miracles on our very old appliances. I highly recommend him. He is a favorite on Lookout Mountain.

Arrived at the front part of the 3 hour window. Jacob was very friendly. I have a dog that gets very happy with company and Jacob was friendly and petted her. They have to order a part and it is about the same price as I saw on Amazon. Am very happy so far.

After some bad experiences I was somewhat skeptic of repair companies. After using Southern Appliance Solutions my faith in mankind is restored :) Jacob was so nice and went right to work taking care of the problem with my stove. Josh was fantastic! Busted his tail, rolled on the floor and fixed the frig door! He was great! No duct tape needed or required, he used real materials!

10/10 recommend. Josh and Jason were very professional and nice. I had called another repair company who was going to charge double what SAS charged, after paying 200.00 up front they told me the part was discontinued and couldn't order it. I only got half my money back. SAS was able to ordered the part I needed. So glad I found them.

This business is a pleasure to work with. My phone call was answered promptly and an appointment scheduled. Jason arrived promptly, assessed the situation with my Bosch dishwasher, and ordered the part. (I had called other repairmen who don't deal with Bosch.) When the part came, the scheduler called and arranged a good time for him to return. I received a text when he was on his way during the window I was told to expect him. He fixed it, and it's been running well ever since for several months! The price was reasonable (not cheap), and I will call them again if/when I have another need.
