Mike McKenna is the best and the rest of the staff ain't half bad. Great electrical supply house.

Steven is by far the best delivery technician we’ve had delivering our supplies!

I had a problem I wasn't even sure that it could be solved. Mike McKenna was at the counter, and not only helped me, but didn't make me feel like a novice, which I am. I really appreciate the terrific customer service I got at the location, and I look forward to an opportunity to do business with this company again in the future.

I have done business with these guys for a few years now. They carry pretty much anything you could need for a residential or commercial/industrial electrical job. They carry a few things for small electrical repair such as wire and terminals but not a large selection for that kind of thing. They also have a good selection of electrical tools.

Their sales person personally helped me find the items that I needed for my home. Even though I was small scale buy, they gave me their time. And for that I appreciate them.
They did not have one of the items I was looking for, HOWEVER they printed out a sheet of all the stores in the area that might have that obscure part. Now that is GREAT customer service.

Graybar has a lot to offer, such as, great customer service, knowledgeable employees, a wide variety of supplies, but their best quality, in my opinion, is their selection of Klein hand tools. Not only do they have almost every tool Klein makes in stock, you will not find them cheaper in the city of Chattanooga and if you do, I'm almost positive they will price match. I would definitely recommend stopping by Graybar next time you're in need of some great quality, affordable hand tools.

    The service is extremely slow.

Some customer service skills would go a long way.

Worst supply house in Chattanooga. Need a 4x4 cover? Take you an hour to know if they have to get it from Atalanta. That's if you get the one counter guy that knows what your even talking about.

Refuses to accept cash for payment. Tennessee house bill 1858 states all businesses must accept cash. You are clearly in violation. I suggest you comply

Buyer Beware. Bought an item over the phone. Was told the entire purchase would be $32.00. My card was charged twice. Once for $57.50, and another time for $1.10. I called numerous times and Mike at the counter assured me they would credit my card back the difference. It's been three weeks now and there was never a credit. The item I bought weighed 1 ounce and they charged $30.00 plus dollars for handling and shipping. This was not discussed or disclosed at time of purchase. I could have shipped this same item for about $1.50. I've heard stories about Graybar over charging before and this cements it for me. I will never ever buy from Graybar again.

BUYER BEWARE I bought a 197$ Klein 200 ft fish tape which broke in 2 weeks. I brought it back and luckily the Klein representative was there. My company has a Commerical account with Greybar and we buy a lot across 5 states. The Klien representative refuse to warrantee the product and was quite rude and with his fancy shirt and shoes proceeded to lecture me on how to run cable ? Greybar employee fixed my fish tape for free but there is obviously no warranty on there tools of any kind. I should've bought my fish tape at Lowes because they would have replaced it. BUYER BEWARE
