Murphy was very professional. He got the job done .He cleaned everything up after he was through.I had used Mr. Electric in the past and they took me for almost 13,000.00 dollars and didn't do a good job. I wouldn't even call Mr. Electric again even to work on a lighting bug.

Wow! My husband and I called a number of electricians based on FB contributions and google searches. We left messages and spoke to people who couldn't make it out for a week or so, then we called Mister Sparky, and they sent Mason (a licensed electrician) the very same day!

Mason was so personable, so confident and so thoughtful. We alerted him immediately to our fire hazard (he found the problem within minutes), then we proceeded to exhaust him with our list of smaller issues. 😝 He knocked out half of the items on our list in no time, and he’ll come back to finish the list as soon as we’re ready.

Mister Sparky is out of Chattanooga, but Mason lives much closer to Spring City where we live. I can’t believe we got such excellent help the very same day and the price was very reasonable. ❤️

Murphy saved the day! We have needed our lights replaced for almost two months. Two different electricians no showed on us. Our first call from now on will be to Mr. Sparky and we will ask for the kind, courteous, and professional Murphy who is a 25 year veteran electrician!

This is a great company and people to do business with. A storm damaged my house. My insurance company was very demanding. The techs that came to my house got the quote together the way insurance wanted them. They had to replace all my service. They did great work and was very nice to talk with. I can't think them enough. If I ever need more work they will get my business.

The competition(Fowler) told me it would be a few weeks (2nd week of January!!!) before coming out🤷Weeks without hot water🤦No thank you.
The other competitor didn't answer and did not return my call.
Luckily my third call got me to the best service, pricing and electrician I could have asked for.
