When our heat and air unit went out I called Eldridge Monday morning. They were able to come out same day and diagnosed the problem,yet another blower motor. We decided to stop sinking money into the 16 year old system and Gavin came out right away and quoted us a new one. Installers Zach and Ivan were here Thursday morning and put in the new unit. They were fast and courteous and answered all of my questions . Very pleased that we now have a worry free working unit. Highly recommend Eldridge service for your heat and air needs.

Great experience. Had two new controllers installed and the surge protector on the HVAC checked. Our technician, Ryan Hargrave did an excellent job. He made sure we were familiar with the new controllers, that we downloaded the app and connected the controllers to wifi and the app.

Jake and Cole installed our new air conditioner at Genoa Healthcare. They came in and quietly and did what they needed to do and they actually moved the unit outside closer to the building and now it isn't a fall hazard. I was really impressed with their work.

Just had a two technicians service my heater. Andrew and Ryan were polite, friendly, professional, and prompt. I would be happy to have them work on any HVAC issues I might have in the future.

We had a hvac installed , Carrier, they did great. Very knowledgeable and cleaned up to perfection. Thank you Zach, Alec, and Juan. You guys did a great job. I would highly recommend.

Eldridge service answered the phone with a human. The tech, Cayden, arrived before noon and came back to recheck the system before the end of the day at my request due to the single digit temps expected overnight. System works great. Highly recommend ESCo.

Ryan H. at Eldridge has serviced our commercial office for a year now and always provides prompt, professional, and successful work. He seems to be able to fix anything and we highly recommend him!

Once again Eldridge Service Company technicians performed excellent work on my central heat and air unit. This was the twice yearly cleaning and inspecting of both the outside and indoor units. As a signed up and paid member of their Comfort Club, I receive this service two times a year. Technicians Blake and Reece were very knowledgeable in their inspections of both units and cleaned the coils on both units thoroughly.
Blake even noticed that my outside fan unit didn’t have a surge protector, of which I had him install while on the property. Good company. Quality workmanship. Owner Todd Eldridge has installed 3 full systems for me in 3 different residences, and I have been very pleased with all 3 units.

Ryan did a great job on the service call. He communicated well and was very knowledgeable. I have an older unit and greatly appreciated his expertise in keeping it running while helping me to plan for the future as well. Thanks Ryan!

January 31, 2026- My elderly sister’s heat went out. The temp was in 20’s, and teens expected at night. I called Eldridge, and Garrison was there in 2 hours on a Saturday!! He was polite and knowledgeable!! We will definitely use them again!

Our home retained damage from a storm, including totaling our HVAC unit. We shopped around for a new heating & air company and ultimately landed on Eldridge, and we're so happy we did! Jake & Cole were the technicians that came out to do our install - it was seamless, and they kept it clean, easy and were super helpful. We have been nothing but pleased with any and all contact we've had with Eldridge and are really happy that we'll be working with them moving forward. 100/10 recommend!!

I’ve been with Eldridge for about a year now, and every time I need them they have been kind, quick, thorough, and well priced. Today I had the opportunity to work with Raymond who will now be my go to. He was able to diagnose a tricky fix and was so lovely to work with. I will be asking for Raymond every time.

A few months ago my wife called Eldridge Service Company after a couple of shall we say, confusing experiences with competitors. I called again for a new concern and met their technician, Blake Groce yesterday afternoon, earlier than expected. He was very professional, polite, efficient and HONEST with his evaluation and recommendations. This experience was the same as our initial contact so I believe quick, honest and upfront service is just how they operate. Blake Groce is an asset and great reflection on Eldridge Service Company. If you need HVAC service DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING ANYONE ELSE.

Awesome company but I’m mainly just here to brag on their tech, Ryan Hargrave, who came out to help us at our business office. He was a pleasure to work with and I felt like he was super upfront and honest about the issues with our unit. He didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need, he simply discussed those options should we ever find ourselves needing a new unit. He fixed my units very quickly the same day and was an excellent communicator. 10/10 would let him work on my unit anytime.

We are grateful to Eldridge! We had an issue with our air conditioning late in a Sunday afternoon. There was water coming from the drip pan in the attic and water it was coming through the ceiling. After calling their after hours number, Ryan H. called me back promptly. He listened to what was happening and said that he would be here in the next hour or so and he was!! He was able to quickly find out what was going on and fixed our issue efficiently. He also replaced our filter and gave some suggestions on other things I was concerned about. Even though it was late on a Sunday, he took time and care to listen and make sure all was good before he left! I would recommend Ryan and Eldrige to take care of any issue you are having and to expect exceptional service!! Thank you again Ryan!!

We recently had Eldridge Heating and Air Conditioning install a new Carrier 2-ton split system in our home, and we couldn’t be more pleased! Alec, Zach, Austin, and Ivan were absolutely fantastic; professional, hardworking, and completely focused on getting the job done right.

They handled the installation with great care and attention to detail, and the difference in our home is remarkable. I specifically chose this system for its quiet operation, and it has exceeded my expectations. I can barely hear it when it kicks on or runs. It's a huge improvement over our old, noisy unit.
