The summer heat is on...and everyone is trying to cool off. Unfortunately, that meant there were no available service technicians to come rescue us from our swampy misery. Masters quickly set us up with an appointment and Greg came and repaired our unit the next day. Greg is very knowledgeable and explained to me everything he was doing, and WHY. Can't recommend Masters higher, but I would. Thanks!

We’ve used Masters for 6 years! Greg is always hard working, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. They always work us in their schedule, even if that means coming late at night. Highly recommend them!

Masters has serviced my appliances and heat pump since 2013. They will be the only provider I call. They just tuned up my HP last week and could have charged me a lot more. Masters prices are very competitive and they will come on evenings and weekends. Such reliable service!

My landlady requested this service. I was very impressed yesterday with the technician, Daniel. The invoice he gave me stated Ooltewah as the address where he works from I assume. Daniel was polite, professional, knowledgeable, respectful and pleasant. He showed me the issues while explaining them very well. He also answered my questions and gave helpful advice. It was an excellent experience and I can see why this company has a high rating!

We have used Masters several times for our heating and air until and recently for an appliance repair. They are honest, prompt, reliable and honest about price. They are very good at communicating. Great people and business.

Greg is a very honest guy. He was there when he said he would be, took the time to explain what he was doing and why, and was professional about it. We have already had our downstairs system done by him last year, this year he did the upstairs system. Price was reasonable and he is accessible if you ever have an issue. Thanks for the good work!

I contacted Masters on Monday and was given a 3-5 PM appointment time for Tuesday. The technician (Greg) showed up around 12 noon. He quickly found the issue with my HVAC and had the needed part on hand and made the repair. The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend this company.

5- STARS! Highly recommend. Daniel was very professional, hardworking, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and repaired my AC efficiently. He answered all my questions in a courteous manner. The price was affordable and I was very pleased with the excellent service I received.

We have used Masters a few times and can't say enough about them. They diagnosed what was wrong, explained everything very clearly and fixed the issue. We also had them come to do annual maintenance and replace thermostats. He fixed some things that could cause future issues while doing the service. They are always very friendly and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

Greg , the Technician and owner , did a superb job in repairing our AC Unit. He explained the repair process very thoroughly . I highly recommend Masters Appliance Heating & Air. By the way, Masters was referred to us thru First American Home Warranty. You need to Look no further for a good Heating/AC Professional. I'm glad we did !

Greg, the technician was very courteous, and he explained to me what was expected. He completed the job in a timely manner, and the most unexpected gesture was that he was kind enough to remove his shoes when he entered my home, I was very impressed. That speaks volumes about how he respects customers and their homes. Most technicians would have never thought to do that, but I greatly appreciate his kind gesture. Thank you for the great work.👍🏼

We have used Masters many times, and have always been super pleased with their work. The owner Greg is very knowledgeable, and a really nice honest person. I highly recommend Masters for any and all appliance and heating and air services and repairs.

This company is outstanding! I used them a few months ago and I apologize for not submitting a review a while back. They worked non-stop to repair a mess from a previous company (Streamline) that did a horrific job replacing one of my AC units. Previous company left too many issues to mention here. Now I will need the 2nd unit repaired as well because same company worked on both simultaneously.. I will call Master's shortly to repair this one as well. If Master's offers the service I need; I will NEVER call anyone else.

Daniel was professional, courteous, and clean. He took off his shoes when he entered our home. He looked at all parts of the HVAC system, then came to me to explain the problem in detail while showing me the defective part with a tester. I would recommend this young man at this company anytime.

12/21/2020 - Masters Appliance was one of the best contractor experiences I can remember. Greg came out within the timeframe given, promptly diagnosed my issue, explained everything to me, and also answered every and all the questions I had regarding my HVAC system. He was professional, courteous, and personable.
I’ve already recommended Masters Appliance to a colleague just today. I know choosing the right contractor can be difficult sometimes. Make it easy on yourself and give Masters a call.

I have had a number of things done by Greg and he does great wok at a reasonable cost. His service call/tune up at my former home cost less than the fee for other companies to just come to my house (they wanted 3-4x as much!). I had him install a 4 ton heat pump last year, works great. Will have him install another this year on the second level of our home. A+ service.

After getting ripped off by 2 other HVAC companies Masters came in and repaired my whole system and got it running! Both Greg the owner and Daniel his son are both very trustworthy and professional and treat you like family and don't leave till the job is done! They have earned my business and I have also made 2 new friends in the process!

Have used this company for many years, several homes. Strong work ethics, great honest assessment of problem and pricing. Very prompt. Calls when on their way. Best customer service ever. Can't say enough good things about Greg and his Son . With semi annual checks they have prevened future costly failures.

Excellent and courteous company.The technicians always remove their shoes when inside. They explain what the problem is and estimate to fix.I have never felt pressured to make any unnecessary repairs.
I highly recommend them if you need a repair or new air conditioner.

Greg not only helped make our dishwasher much more efficient, he gave us tips to keep it that way in the future! Then a week after that, came back to check when our heat wasn't working properly! They will fit your work schedule to make sure your job gets done as quick as possible, and they are extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Masters Appliance was booked via my home warranty company. I had been using another company for my AC maintenance. My AC wasn’t working and it was over 80 in my house. Daniel came out late in the evening and diagnosed the issued. He repaired it and went above and beyond even doing some maintenance to the system. It turns out the company I was using wasn’t doing all the things I was paying them to do. I will be using Masters Appliance heating and air now on.
