I never write reviews. This is probably my first one, but these guys are worth it. I called several companies and received the best quote from them. I also didn’t feel like they were trying to upsell anything to me. They arrived when they said they would (actually were able to get started a little earlier than I was told). They stayed in constant communication throughout the entire process, which only took about a week from the time I was given my estimate until the unit was installed. Lastly is the customer service that we received. The crew seemed genuine, completed the install in a timely manner, and didn’t leave any trash behind.

Professional, reliable and quick! Top notch experience from start to finish. We know good businesses when we see them and these guys are first class. We will continue to use them in the future and will recommend them to our neighbors.

I contacted Ryan's Heating and Air . They told me they assigned Cesar as the technician to assess my issue with HVAC not working properly.Cesar let me know he was in route to my house and kept me updated through the whole process. Cesar was very professional and very knowledgeable about issue. Cesar had issue resolved quickly and it was checked to ensure it was working properly. Absolute best HVAC company in Chattanooga!! These guys always go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I've dealt with at least a dozen different local hvac companies in the last 10 years. Had some type of issue with just about every one of those so I kept having to look for someone new. I've been using Ryan for the last 5 years on multiple properties. They always deliver 5 star service. Keep up the great work!

I was having a problem with my a/c freezing up. I called Ryan Heating and Air. They sent Cesar promptly to my house and he diagnosed the problem quickly and solved the problem in no time. And for a reasonable price. He was respectful and well mannered. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We can’t say enough good things about Noah Ryan and his team. During the initial visit to assess the replacement of our 20 year duel fuel system Noah was very personable, professional and his attention to detail was extremely impressive. The unit was scheduled to be installed on an extremely cold December day. Noah and Tyler worked tirelessly to get the unit installed and us back up and running. Again his attention to detail was amazing. He also took the time to explain the new system including the new humidifier and thermostat and to answer all our many questions. We later had a couple of concerns and Noah was very quick to come back and address them. Braxton and Nick did an incredible job doing the install and Cesar was awesome in getting me the correct unit and walking me through the process.

Again Ryan’s AC came through for us. Cesar came out and took care of our situation, was very professional and courteous. He took care of the problem very timely and did not try to add to the job. You can tell it’s a family owned business that truly cares about their employees and their service to you. I trust this company fully. My husband and I could not be more pleased with this company. We are building a home and hired Ryan to install the HVAC system. Yesterday everything was completed and it works fabulously! The professionalism of all the workers while they were here was outstanding. They’re all very polite, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were satisfied during every step of the process. Had a great experience with Ryan Heating and Air. Noah came out one day and gave me a quote for a new unit. His crew came back the next day and installed it even in the rain. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Highly recommended!

Ryan heating and air came and installed a full system in my house. They were very nice and communicative, and did a good job. They went above and beyond, would recommend to anyone.

This company is AWESOME. I was referred to them by my neighbor. I had all of my ductwork done 2 years prior to Ryan's coming out. I also had a new unit put in by a different company. I called Ryan's because with all new ductwork and unit, it never seemed to work quite right and there were rodents getting in the ductwork. During the initial inspection and quote I was shown all the things that were wrong with the previous install. The exterior hood wasn't done correctly and the unit wasn't completely level. There were gaps everywhere and nothing was sealed correctly. Ryan's reset my unit correctly and did a new ductwork install. It took 3 days and they did an awesome job. Everyone in every aspect of each job went above and beyond. Everything is running great. If you need any work done and Ryan's can do it, don't choose someone else, choose Ryan's. I know I'll never use another place again.

Had a problem with new unit (3 months old).
Made call. Noah returned call immediately & had someone out in less than a hour. Found out the problem. Had to order the part in which they told me it would be 1-2 days to get. They had someone here with new part & fixed it. The two guys that were sent to fix it were very nice & very professional. Very glad to have picked this company to do my heating & air service. Would highly recommend Ryan's heating & Air to friends & family.

Ryan HVAC was fantastic! I got a whole new compressor and handler. Took them less than a day to install and works great. I felt very comfortable talking to everyone on the crew. They were all confident and capable which is always comforting on a big job! I have and will continue to recommend Ryan for all HVAC services.

The HVAC in the place I'd moved into had been on it's last leg. The heater portion worked okay but the AC was dead. (I likely could have handled it but my 17 year old cat deserves better!) A group of gentleman came out (I did not catch their names, I'm sorry!) and looked everything over before giving me several options as well as giving me time to think about it. Communication was great, and when I made my choice they came out and did the work. Now my AC works, I assume the heating does as well (it's summer, I'm not testing it yet...), my cat is happy, and best of all my electric bill has been consistantly lower despite leaving the AC on most days.

I called Ryan Heating and Air on Sunday 7/25/21 at 10:30 am due to my AC stopped working at my home. I spoke to Charlie and he said he would be at my residence at 2pm to diagnose the problem. Charlie arrived at 12:30, 1.5 hours early and dug into my system quickly. He uncovered some major issues with my system and had Noah Ryan come out to get a second opinion. By 2:00 pm we agreed that the most logical solution was to replace my 18 year old system. By Sunday evening Noah sent my 3 different quotes that were 3 different SEER level systems. I made my choice and had the installation scheduled for Wednesday by Monday evening.
It is now Wednesday 7/28/21 and I have a new heat pump, air handler, and thermostat installed in my home. Juan the installer did a fantastic, professional job installing my new system and I could not be happier.
I am a former HVAC technician and installer and believe me when I tell you that Ryan Heating and Air is a top notch company and after my experience I will never call anyone else.
PS: I never worked for Ryan Heating and Air or met anyone from the company until last Sunday.

Cesar was the absolute best to work with! He handles all of our stuff and we never have any complaints! Highly recommend!

We cannot say enough about Ryan Heating and Air! We have used them two different occasions. The first time they fixed an issue with our air unit and the duct work. They did a fantastic job, and we noticed a difference immediately. The next time we had a heat issue. Noah sent someone out the same day. It wasn’t salvageable due to age and burn out issues. They showed us pictures of the unit and explained why it wasn’t safe and wasn’t able to be fixed. They had a new unit out within days. We were given options and not stuck with just one or nothing. When I asked questions about the units, I was given good feedback that I was able to understand. Very reliable and very friendly company!

I was referred to this business by a friend and was very impressed by Cesar who checked the unit and found the trouble. Chad came the following business day to do the installation. Both he and his assistant, Sheldon, did an excellent job. They worked together well and left the site looking better than it initially was. Chad also made some recommendations on things I needed to
do to get the optimal results from my new unit. Needless to say, I am very pleased with them. I would recommend to anyone. In fact I have already made a referral. Thanks, Ryan Heating and Air.

Our unit went out in the morning and we called at 2:00 pm and they showed up by 4:00pm. Cesar was great and fixed our unit in less than an hour. He also gave me advise on other issues that I was concerned about. He informed me about the preventative maintenance packages they offer at a very good price and will be purchasing one very soon. Would recommend to anyone in need of service.

Cesar and Ryan Heating and Air were very responsive to our call by coming the same day we called. Cesar was very thorough in his look at our system and he confirmed what we had suspected, we are going to need a replacement. He got it going again but said it won't last long. He was outstanding in answering all out questions. Ryan Heating and Air is an excellent value for a service call. I would highly recommend them.
