Honest and good work!

Scenic Air does cleaned out my air vents & replaced my filters every year. They are the best HVAC company in Chattanooga! Family business & really competent workers!

We called Scenic Air Solutions to come take a look at a suspicious burning smell that would start about ten minutes after turning on the unit. The young man who came out was personal and happy to wait for the smell and reassured us many times that "No, your not crazy". After around 15 minutes the smell occured and he was able to assess our unit and determine the problem.
He was efficient and quick to fix the issue and was in and out within the hour. He even fixed a clanking noise that we had been hearing since the home was first made. We haven't heard it since he fixed the unit. We are so greatful for that.
We will definitely be using Scenic Air Solutions for all of our needs in the future. Next on the list will be a good servicing and cleaning for our unit.

Professional, compassionate service. When hvac problem arise during extreme weather, things can go from normal to critical very quickly. John and Joy's team went out of their way to respond to our need quickly and helped us determine needs and get back to comfort quickly. This is a highly qualified team who will do their best to take care of you and help you avoid future emergencies with maintenance options as well. Highly recommend!!

I had a condensation pump go out and water was all over the floor. I got the unit off and cleaned up the floor ASAP. Called Scene Air Solutions and Joy had someone at my home early the next morning.
Isaac showed up with the new pump, and then went the extra step in recognizing an additional problem with a kinked drain line.
Excellent and professional service! Highly recommended for your HVAC needs.

Thanks to Scenic Air for getting out and troubleshooting our HVAC issues. They were able to narrow down the issue to the defrost sensor, but the board is also being replaced under warranty! John Giles I appreciate your crew! Super polite, knowledgeable, and thorough with the troubleshooting!
