I had a bamboo problem in my yard in North Chatt. Everything I read was that it was nearly impossible to get rid of. I contacted numerous landscaping companies and most said they couldn't do it or they would fail to show to give a quote. Philips Creasy came the day after I called, gave a quote and had the bamboo gone and yard seeded 3 days later. That was a year ago. Have yet to have any bamboo return which is pretty amazing. They do not currently maintain my yard but that is something I will change in the future. 5 stars all the way.

We contracted with Phillips Creasey to add a retaining wall and landscaping to make our yard more manageable. Blocks for the new wall were not readily available, but Scott spent the time needed to find ones that are almost a match to the other retaining walls we already have. Only a very close comparison would reveal the differences. As the wall was being built, Eddie, the job leader noticed it was slightly out of level, probably not enough to make either a visual or structural difference, but he had the offending part of the wall taken down and done correctly. These are two examples of the quality standards and customer focus the company and its employees put into their work. We are very satisfied with them, individually and collectively. Everyone who came onto our property was professional, diligent and friendly. The manageability of our yard after the job exceeded my expectations. I can highly recommend Phillips Creasey for any landscaping projects you may have.

From our experience not truthful and unwilling to give breakdown of cost. Job started off around 8k and after we paid for a $550 grading plan it was around 16. Owner seemed out of it or just disinterested in doing the job several times he came over a 5 month period to look at the job. I just wanted to give a honest review from my experience. They are a nightmare to work with.
