The same serviceman that had made a temporary repair of a burst water line under the kitchen sink returned with another technician 3 days later. The water line to a hose outlet was replaced and everything is working well. The alignment of other drain lines was also improved.

Woke up to no hot water on a very cold day. By 2 p.m., that same day, Lee Company had diagnosed the problem and rebuilt a hot water heater. Lee Company is often the fastest responder during such an "emergency," and their techs and support staff are almost always well-trained and do a great job.

Ryan got our issues resolved quickly. Loved the ease of booking online, quick to come out, and excellent communication of services needed. Highly recommend and will be using again next time service is needed!

Saturday late in the day after a snowstorm earlier in the week. We called for emergency electricity issue. The Service Professional arrived swiftly. All is well, he knew exactly what to do and made repairs. Very friendly fellow.

Lee Co is a great company. Durning our recent freeze my heat went out. Lee Co sent Jeramy out that day. Had my heat back on and working with in an hour. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the monthly subscription Lee Co offers.

Special thanks to Lee Co, and employees. Our heat went out on Sunday Dec. 1st. I called at 0800 for help and tech showed up around 1hr. later. Did diagnostics and found the thermostat was defective. He did not have one on hand but reported need for a replacement on Monday. The next tech called about 1245 on Monday and replaced temporary thermostat until requested one could be ordered. When he left less than an hour later, the system was running, and the heat was back on. Our thanks to all involved for their rapid response. 100% satisfaction

As always, Lee Company makes it easy to do business with them. A real person answers the phone; they are knowledgeable and professional. Scheduling is easy and prompt. EVERY TIME. This time I needed my AC unit repaired and the technician (Andrew) arrived on-time and got right to work. In my experience, all the techs are friendly, well-trained and thorough. My A/C needed service again, as it was still leaking even after a new part. So Ernest was the tech and I can tell you he was excellent.
He found the problem right away, went and got the part and fixed it.
He was very polite and professional, very nice young man.Will ask for him in the future.

It’s the end of summer but our AC unit went down. I have a maintenance plan with Lee company (great decision by the way). A tech came out the next day, diagnosed the issue and walked me through what had happened. I even have videos of explanations to share with my husband. We made the decision to replace the unit and the very next day a new unit was installed. Everyone we worked with was very pleasant, informative and great to work with!

I had a problem with my Geo Thermal last week. I called Lee Co and they had specialized tech out quickly and me fixed quickly. I have confidence in Lee co. They not only installed my system but maintain it twice a year. Reputable company!

Lee Company has been to my house a total of 4 times this year and each time they have been amazing. I can not say enough good about each tech that came to our home. All were very professional and helpful. I would recommend then hands down.

Had my first visit from Lee company today and signed up for their maintenance program. I was totally impressed by Jason the HVAC guy who came and checked my unit out for Winter and also gave the AC look while he was here.

He took his time and wasn’t rushed to get out and answered all questions that and was very personable

As usual, the technician was friendly. He called before arrival at the job. He made sure to wear shoe booties before coming in the house and told me what he planned to do before doing it and what was found when finished. He was always courteous and clean. Job was done in a few timely fashion and the site was left as clean or cleaner than when he arrived.

From the minute I called Lee Company the Knoxville team made this experience easy. From Emily scheduling the visit to Michael who came and diagnosed my problems. Michael was very informative and patient. He took the time to really explain in depth what the problems were and gave me several options. I ended up purchasing a new unit from Lee Company on Thursday morning and by Thursday evening the new unit was at my home and Friday morning it was installed. Juan was the lead installer on my job. He was very professional and was very meticulous about the install. If you are having AC problems I would HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend using Lee Company. A total stress free experience.

Zach was awesome. Loved the videos and the fact that he rolled up my hose. He didn't have to do that. He went the extra mile during my plumbing maintenance service.
