Working with Riverside Plumbing was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. They were timely, personable and the work was excellent. They went above and beyond to repair an exterior hose bib rather than tear it out and replace it. They were so good, we called them back to replace a pressure valve. Everything went smoothly again.

That’s when you know the culture in a company is focused on customer service. 5 stars.

Johnathan is wonderful! He installed 2 brand new toilets for us in our town home. And he even put up with our crazy chihuahuas haha. Thank you so much, we can’t recommend them enough. A clean and quick job and the price was excellent for us!

Understanding that my issue was urgent, Derek dispatched someone right away, thankfully. I had a difficult sewer line back up that the tech Steve diagnosed and fixed. Steve was knowledgeable, thorough and professional. My sewer lines are now “clean as a whistle” and the cost was reasonable. Riverside plumbing is now my plumber of choice for my future needs as well as those of my clients.

This was the second time I used Riverside Plumbing. After such a good experience the first time, it was a done deal to have them do this job. I wanted my water heater to be moved to my newly encapsulated crawl space to free up room in my garage. Called Derrick up & within a couple days, he sent out Curtis & Terrell to do the job. As usual, these guys got right on it & had it done in about 2 hours. Everything hooked up & working right. They cleaned up & were on their way. Definitely recommend you call Riverside for any & all plumbing needs you might have. Derrick runs a tight ship & has polite & professional employees.

Tony came by to help me with my new gas fireplace after the pilot went out. He walked me through how to do everything and was super nice. Highly recommend.

We called Riverside Plumbing to replace the pressure valve on our water line, the pop off on top of our water heater as well as replacing the wax ring on our toilet. Jonathan C. arrived on time and did a great job. He was friendly and professional in doing his job. Would use again.

I don't see how you can get better. I've worked with them on a couple jobs now. The first was building a new 1/2 bathroom, running new water lines and adding a macerating toilet on a slab. I was hoping to use a regular toilet by breaking up the slab and trench it out for a sewage pipe, but it ended up being 12" thick. An impossible DIY job. I called Derrick and he talked me through what he needed for the macerating toilet. Works great so far, and just a few finishes left to complete to hide the pipes (see pic). Not too loud, and I was planning to soundproof this room anyway. The second job was replacing one of my tenant's water heater. They had been seeing water in the pan for weeks that would evaporate and never told me until there was standing water . . .on a Friday . . . at 4:30pm. It was too late to do anything then, but Derrick's crew was able get there after the weekend.

Ace and Bush were great. Got it done fast and explain what they found. I especially appreciate the communications before, during and after.

Logan was prompt, courteous and very efficient. He showed me where the drain pipe was leaking and replaced the pipes on both sinks. I am so pleased with the service and will definitely use Riverside Plumbing again.

Update: I have used Riverside Plumbing on 4 different occasions for various projects. They have always been fast, courteous and efficient. They fix the issue on the first visit. I have had leaks fixed, drains unclogged and new faucets installed. Each with the same wonderful service. I definitely plan to keep using them for all my plumbing needs!

I have been VERY pleased with Riverside Plumbing. Joe has been our main guy and he is very polite, conscience about our home and the work space, and most importantly good at what he does. We will definitely be calling them next time we have a plumbing need. Their prices are fair, communication and billing excellent! I got the invoice as soon as the work was done (which is my preference). I got texts and emails for work scheduled, reminder, and notification he was on his way. I have WAITED on people before and this made it all seamless and efficient.

This is my 2nd time using Riverside Plumbing, the first was less of a project and this time was a mysterious leak outside by the side of my house. I called and left a message late afternoon and they scheduled me for the following morning. Stephen and the other technician came out earlier than my appointment (which I had asked if that was possible) and immediately got to work. They started digging and the other technician immediately figured out what it was. They got to work immediately and had it all completely wrapped up in about an hour and a half, 30 minutes had to be the glue drying. I can’t praise this company enough. This was Stephen’s 3rd time out here and I fully trust his knowledge and expertise. The other guy with him knew exactly what he was doing too. They explained all the questions I asked and told me what they were replacing it with so it would be better and not have the same problem. Their pricing was also fair!

Adding in the faucet replacement on here too because Stephen did a great job on that and I don’t think I made a review! 5 stars on that one too!

Called the morning of, and Steven had someone dispatched early afternoon. Ricky Moore diagnosed the problem immediately, and had me fixed up in 45 mins. I have used Derrick and his team for years now, and they have always been super reliable. Never had an issue paying an invoice due to the fact that they are very reasonable for high quality work. Don't have another plumber arrow in the quiver, won't need one as long as they're around. Thank you!

I had a new hot water heater installed. I made the right call with Riverside Plumbing. Steven and Ricky did a wonderful job removing the old one and installing the new. Nice to talk to, answering any questions I had, very polite. Thanks, guys.
