I experienced a big water leak that compromised a few rooms in my house. Jacob and his team came out the next day to help with finding where the leak came from and to get everything dried out. This is my first time having a major home issue and he was very knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that has similar issues!

Jacob was AMAZING!!!! My wife and I bought our first house in April and recently had a water loss. Neither of us have ever owned a house before and had never had to deal with a water loss on our own before. Jacob came out and was extremely polite and professional. He explained every step of the process and walked us through everything from setting equipment to the rebuild. We can’t enough good things about Jacob and the serv-clean team!!!!!!!

I really cannot say enough good things about Serclean. They are professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They helped me dry out my kitchen after my dishwasher’s supply line began leaking everywhere. Their quick response kept me from having damage on my hardwood floors. Without them this bad situation I am in would be a whole lot worse! I hope to never have this problem again, but if I do, they’ll be my first call.

They were able to keep me calm and walk me through the process of what had gone wrong and what needed to happen to make it right. I had Serclean come out today for an estimate, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The technician, Jacob, was incredibly helpful and refreshingly honest.
