Customer service not that great, but house is wonderful.

More than a few cut corners from in side of closets not having dry wall in areas not visible on inspection, shower door not properly leveled so the door doesn't fully close, almost all inside doors don't latch properly and are able to be pushed open, pipes below sink started leaking after 1 and half years in home mind you this was a newly built home but the builder only gives a 1 year warranty there's a lot more things I could name but I'd be typing this all day if you can avoid buying a home from this builder you should

We are the second owner of this house built in 2016. I am fairly certain this builder built this house. Everything in this house is low quality and the craftsmanship is terrible. Everything from drywall, paint, flooring, doors, cabinets. All very low quality materials and very poor craftsmanship. The only thing that was done well in this house was the brick work. Very disappointed for a $650K home
