Very professional tech for my semi annual hvac check. Shawn was prompt and courteous. Love this company.

I’m impressed with how quickly they respond to a call. Bobby was extremely helpful and patiently answered any questions that I had. Very much appreciated, especially when it’s the coldest day of the year so far. Thank you!

Brian was awesome. He called and let me know he could come early. He showed up promptly and after talking to me for 1 minute he already knew what part was acting up. He swapped it out and everything was working perfectly. He even gave me some tips to help my unit run smoother. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I think this guy should get some recognition and probably a raise.

I have used Mainstream several times now (all random different issues) and every time they come out, they are always so nice and polite. They have never tried to price gouge me or take advantage of little ol me. I would refer this company to all my friends and family!!!! Anthony did a good job while dealing with my dry humor and constant pestering.

I am very happy with the service. I smelled an odor coming from the vents when I started using the heat. They were able to fit me in as the smell was not going away. Travis came out and did a thorough diagnostic and explained everything he was doing to alleviate the odor. He said if it continues to call in two weeks.

They were able to get me in a day earlier than I scheduled , GOOD! From the moment Anthony showed up , he exemplified excellent customer service! He immediately used his shoe coverlets without me asking , which I appreciated much -as I do have guests remove shoes otherwise. He kept me in the loop from diagnosing the issue steps to finding the problem. He took extra steps double checking on warranty statuses and parts . He was professional but remained friendly ! He pretty much triple checked that everything was good before he left! I am one happy and now “cool” customer , once again!

I had a last minute service request & they were out within just a few hours, explained everything very well & were super friendly.

I was very impressed with my MainStream HVAC technician checking my HVAC system systems. He was on time, very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, well beyond my expectations.

Called in as our heat was not turning on. Fast same day service. A crew came out within 2 hours. Very professional and polite crew came out to address our issue and get it fixed.

Great service. Great communication and recommend to fix a part and explained the why. Quick repair and rechecked a fix from earlier in the year and let us know it still looked perfect.

Technician arrived for a routine inspection (free service to the home owners) on time, was friendly, checked inside the house first, then did the rest of the work outside in the cold while I waited inside, and let me know when he was done. Quick and easy!

If you are looking for a knowledgeable company that is good at communication, this is it. Great staff and techs that go out of their way to be helpful and kind.

Hello. Just had to tell these guys thanks for what they do. I was not present while they did their jobs at my home but my wife and I couldn’t be any happier with their results. And they allowed me to pay them at a later date as well… A Plus. So glad to know we have neighbors in our new town like Mainstream. Thank again

Jesse the magician, on call technician. He called us soon after we left our (after business hours) message. Arrived, walked around the house to our outside unit and diagnosed the issue. The capacitor was broke. Jesse replaced it. He was professional and pleasant to talk with. Jesse checked that the new capacitor was working properly before he left. Our home is back to a comfortable temperature.

The service tech was very polite and courtious and explained my situation to me in details that I could understand. He was very helpful in letting me know what was happening with my unit so I could make the best decision on how to proceed. Thank you.
