I really appreciate these guys timely manner in fixing my water heater. Very courteous and did a fine job fixing it at a very affordable rate. Will call them in the future for all my plumbing work needed.

Quick and easy. Called, sent a pic, and scheduled. The price was reasonable and the work was done efficiently after arrival.

Their scheduler was amazingly nice and friendly.

Matt and his employee went out of their way to repair my hvac unit. It was repaired by another company under warranty and was done incorrectly. Matt called the manufacturer and explained the problem, got them to honor the warranty. Saved me thousands in repairs.

Pro N Stall went above and beyond in helping us. After losing my husband to cancer, I was at a loss. 90 degree heat was unbearable in the house. To help us, Pro N Stall installed 2 window AC’s until the unit arrived for replacement. I was in constant communication via text on the eta of the unit. We now consider them part of the family and could never express in words how grateful we are!

My experience was excellent. Their plumbing professional was timely and knowledgeable. And their front office was extremely helpful in helping me deal with my own home warranty company! I definitely recommend!

Will Williams was the technician he found the problem in a short time and had my AC running. This was during the heat wave. I would definitely use this company again. They were sent to me my home warranty company Select Home Wareanty.

My home warranty suggested this company and I was impressed. The owner kept me updated after we were hit with a major ice storm the night before (Friday) My new toilet was installed within the next 2 days (Monday).

My A/C quit during the hottest part of the summer. With the heat & temps in the triple digits he worked hard to get it up and running. I don’t remember the tech’s name but many, many thank him. The job was professional, The service was impeccable & above standards. I would highly recommend this company.

I have been a happy customer of Pro N Stall for a few years now. They service 2 properties / 4 heat pumps for me. They have always been honest, responsive and a fair price / good value.

I really can not thank these guys enough! From Matt coming to give me a quote, the work Will did but most importantly Aaron the communication he provided was out of this world. If you need a plumber this is definitely the company you will want to come out. They are the best company that I have dealt with in a really long time. I was pleased with Jamie's work. I have request that my warranty company only send Pro Install to my home in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about pro n stall! We have been club members for a few years now and have used them for small and big jobs… replacing water heater, twice a year Hvac maintenance, installing a wall unit in our office, and recently repairing a pipe in our water line. They are trustworthy and honest and truly work to help fix your problems in a fair and honest way. Service is high quality and prices are fair. The staff all the way from the head of operations to the plumbers and hvac techs that have come out have been great to work with. If you are in the Nashville area, I cannot imagine a better company to work with!

Fantastic group of people, they made a massive effort to make sure my needs were met. I’m a soldier and had a lot of travel and issues that made it less than convenient for them. They not only accommodated but really took good care of me.
