St. John's Heating and Air have been out to our house several times for all of our heating and air repairs. They are friendly, honest and offered the best price around. I will continue to use them for all of my heating and air needs.

Josh was great to work with very knowledgeable and courteous. Evaluated our system and described our problem so it was easy to understand and gave us solution options on fixing our problem. I have used them a couple times and definitely recommend them and will use them again on any future issues.

Excellent service, polite, courteous, prompt and completed a quality install. Had a very small issue the following day, they were here in 45 minutes to correct. Highly recommend you include St. John's if you ate getting 2 or 3 quotes for your HVAC needs.

This outfit is great! I called with an issue one of the techs Derek came out quick and had my house cooling back down before he left. It was fast professional and very helpful. Highly recommend these guys.

Our upstairs unit went out on the Fourth of July weekend. We were expecting to leave a message and wait a couple of days, but we got a real person on the phone. She had a technician out to us in about an hour, and the he resolved the issue about an hour after that! We have been very pleased with the service, and professionalism of the technician, Tanner. I highly recommend this business.

Sharon, who answers the phone, is just sweet as pie. She’s also thorough, efficient, and timely. Tanner, our technician, really knows his stuff and is just super great at his job. He fixed everything perfectly. We love St. Johns!

These are the guys you want working on your heating and air unit. Honest, dependable and fair priced across the board. One if their technicians, Derek, came to my house and had me set up in no time! I reccomend their services to my whole family.

There is no good time for HVAC issues but Derek was able to help us quickly. He made the whole process very simple and all at a good price. I would use them again and have recommended to friends and family!

They got my elderly moms old gas heater up and running really quickly. Really appreciate that he tried to fix the old part and not just immediately putting on a new part as mom is on fixed income. Unfortunately had to replace the part but price was fair and work was done quickly

Derek came out to give me a second opinion on an issue. He was professional, knowledgeable, took the time to explain what he was doing and provided excellent customer service! I would highly recommend Derek and St. John’s to anyone in need of a new unit Or having an existing unit repaired.

Derek has done work at my house as well as at my family's office. We have had multiple new installs as well as maintenance work done with him and St. John's. No doubt we will be doing our HVAC business with Derek for as long as he is in the business.

The BEST HVAC service in this area!!! We will absolutely never use anyone else! Our split unit system was installed incorrectly a few years ago and Derek looked at it one time and was able to fix all of our problems that others couldn’t figure out. Not to mention their customer service is impeccable! Absolutely love this company and would recommend them to anyone I know!!

Just had my heat go out during a weekend cold spell. St John's helped us to get our system to run until a part could be obtained on Monday. The technicians, both Derrick and Tanner, who did our work were very thorough, knowledgeable, and courteous. They patiently answered all questions. Thank you for being so professional and friendly. I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs. They will be my first call next time I need heating or air help.

Had them do an inspection on a house I was under contract for. Were very thorough. The gentleman walked me through what he was looking at and explained common issues. Was also able to get a quote together for a split unit which I used to help negotiate repair costs. They were honest. Polite. On time. I believe it was $125 for the inspection. Would definitely use again.

They came out and installed a new unit for us. Got here when they said they would, finished sooner than expected, and did fantastic work! They wore protective covers on their shoes to help keep the house clean, very professional the entire time, even though they had our dog up their noses most of the time. Lol very satisfied with the work and service we received.

Best quality,warranty, and customer education/service out of five estimates.
I know I have no worries on my AC for ten years as well as my heat exchange for another twenty. And parts and service for three years to boot. These gentleman come out at 2:00a.m. if you have any problems.
I'm a barber in downtown Chattanooga and hear people sing their praises all the time. Always ask your barber who they recommend!

Yes...Customer Service is still out there...New Unit needed for our home and the team from St. John's exceeded our expectations. Ryan came out to inspect the home, thoroughly, gave a lot of useful information to help our home work better for us. The installation was done masterfully. The guys were professional, clean, kind and follow up visit, same day by Ryan. We are so glad to find them.

I would highly recommend this company for any h/a service. They were very thorough in explaining the
system that I needed for my home.
The financing options were great and affordable. The three technicians that did my install were very personable and answered answered any concerns I had. Could not have had a better install crew.
