Murphy and Cassidy did a terrific job in replacing our wiring and breaker box after a near fire. They were both courteous and helpful. They know their trade and were able to explain everything to us answering all of our questions. I would highly recommend Mr Sparky because of their professionalism.

Murphy was a Godsend. He went above and beyond to get my electricy fixed that the last guy totally messed up. He was so professional and kind. I will never use anyone else. He is so smart and knows exactly what he's doing. On my consolation he said I'm pretty sure it's in that corner and it was. I just want to say thank you it was a pleasure meeting you. And thanks for fixing my electricy the right way. Would recommend to family and friends .

Omg let me start by saying I didn't know where to turn when my stackable wasn't getting power,so after calling multiple places I stumbled upon Mr.Sparky and praise God they got my electric working right and Mason was so very knowledgeable and kind,he explained everything he was doing and helped this single mama get back to laundry 😁So if you ever need any electrical work done do not hesitate to give them a call... Murphy was are technician. He did a great job hanging our chandelier and installing a wall mount for our tv. He was very nice and can get the job done fast. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you Murphy!

I recently called Mr Sparky for an electrical issue. The electrician who came out, Steve, was punctual, knowledgeable, and professional. He found and fixed our issue very quickly, and he took the time to explain everything thoroughly to make sure I understood what needed to be done. He even helped me with a few other safety concerns while he was out here. When he was done, everything was clean and working properly. I’m very satisfied with the work, and I will definitely be calling Mr Sparky again in the future!

Stephen came to give me an estimate on installing a sub-panel in my basement workshop on the same day that I called Mister Sparky. Just 3 days later, as promised, Mister Sparky sent Cassidy to perform the installation. It was fast, courteous, and highly professional service, plus I had to make a change to the plan for the sub-panel to be placed elsewhere. Not a problem. The job was completed on time, as promised, and the price was very reasonable, especially with the added change. I have another project that I had planned to perform myself next spring, but I will once again contact Mister Sparky rather than do it myself. I am highly impressed with their service and workmanship. I highly recommend Mister Sparky as a company to consider when electrical service is needed.

Steve came out to us on today (a Saturday) which was super convenient for my family and work schedule and on top of that gave us a tremendous discount on replacing one of our breakers after traveling over an hour to get to us. He was super welcoming, and kind. We greatly appreciate him and the Mister Sparky company! Highly recommend to anyone.

I am not one to go online and right reviews but honestly after the customer service I received the other day! Murphy was awesome! Very professional each time he has been out to my house. He didn’t just try to stick me with a quote that was out of this world, he did me right and I appreciate it! All and all great guy, great service, great work!! I contacted Mr Sparky Tuesday night for assistance with some electrical issues. Chris came by Wednesday to give us a quote and provided us with 3 different options. Thursday morning, bright and early, Murphy came to do the job! Both guys were super friendly and
knowledgeable! Murphy continuously kept me in the loop of what he was doing. Everytime there were multiple ways of doing something he would always ask us for our preference. I can't recommend them enough!

Zach did a great job adding my 220 plug. Thanks for a job well done!

Showed up on a snowy day and fixed our problem. Very happy with our electrician.

Murphy was great! With some electrical background, I appreciated he didn't treat me like a damsel in distress. He was very respectful and easy going. Was quick to diagnose the problem and offer solutions. I recommend Murphy any day.

We had a part of the home that was not getting power and the breaker was kicked off so I needed an electrician. I Google searched and read reviews and was very impressed with Mister Sparky. Called and got set up for a diagnostic. Murphy arrived and went right to work. He was very professional and worked hard to troubleshoot the issue. He worked for long hours here and never complained about the long hours here. It was definitely not going to be easy to diagnose the issue. It became late and we decided to call it quits for the night.
The next day Murphy and Steve came together and continued to troubleshoot the issue. I am extremely impressed that they found the issue was wires that were burnt behind the wall. These men were not going to stop until they found the issue. They replaced the wires with very minimal injury to the wall which they covered with a flat plate.
We are so pleased at their service and will be using them to replace our electric box and sockets through out the home for safety. They replaced 2 rooms during the time here and we will have the rest done soon.
Thank you Murphy and Steve for doing an excellent job, quality work and patience and kindness the entire time. We appreciate you both so much!!!

I really appreciate that Murphy from Mister Sparky, called about 45 mins before he arrived. With it being a Saturday morning, I appreciated the heads-up.
Murphy was very friendly and informative. He fixed my interior door and gave me a better price than the 3 other companies I called previously.
He cleaned up his mess and it was like he was never there. And since he built such a friendly rapport with my family and I, we will absolutely call Mr. Sparky again.

Excellent. Appointment was scheduled quickly and Mason was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He told us what was needed and got parts ordered immediately. Looking forward to next appointment. Very pleased. 07/15/24 Mason came back early this morning right on time and he did a fantastic job! He was so kind and very efficient. He was professional and took great care to be sure everything was working properly. We would definitely recommend him and Mr. Sparky of Chattanooga to anyone who needs an electrician.

Mason came out due to having some electrical issues
He did an inspection, then gave me options which I liked a lot, he even gave me his personal number and said to call if I had any questions. I liked how personable he was and was very professional.
I will definitely be using this company now and for the future.

Absolutely fantastic work and customer service! Mason came out for a very reasonable eating on a new pool fuse box and timer. And after originally telling me he’d schedule for next week, then said he had the time to do it today. He was done within an hour. Very timely, very reasonable, very professional. Next time I need electrical work done, this is my first call.

Zach was very courteous and helpful. He arrived as an emergency call when scheduled and would highly recommend him for future electrical needs.
