Great company!
Jose has been out to service our unit a couple times now. Dealing with Phase 3 has always been quick and easy.

Phase 3 is a great company. They have excellent customer service. They also have friendly staff that is easy to communicate with. I recommend this company to anyone that needs the services Phase 3 offers.

They squeezed me in last minute before the weekend to help install a thermostat. Cody always does the best job.

Technician was very pleasant and explained in detail how our unit worked, regarding our specific issue, and he changed the drain location to assist with the issue. Hopefully, this will help.

A friend recommended Phase 3 and I couldn't be happier. My HVAC was making a "thump" sound when it would come on and stop. Cody was able to identify where the problem was and then fixed it. I asked him to provide a quote for when my 19 year old HVAC goes to HVAC heaven. It was less than what I anticipated. Highly recommend.

Cody is an excellent technician and is a professional, knowledgeable representative of Phase 3. They are the best HVAC company and I recommend their service to anyone who wants a thorough installation and maintenance service.

Kyle did an amazing job! He showed me where the leak is, was able to fix the leak and refill the coolant in a very timely manner.

As a builder we have been using Phase 3 from the beginning, and see no need for anyone else. If there are ever questions or concerns someone always answers the call with a great attitude. Over-all best company to call if you are looking to get it done!!!

Wonderful people! Help this Senior when I could find no one else with my gas heater.

They replaced an old unit on my previous house back in 2022 and the transition was smooth. It went well and it was on time , and they also did my new system in my current house cause I build this house from scratch a new construction home and since then I’ve been using them for anything I need great company to work with .

Jose just left my house. He was there for a maintenance check up. He was a very polite and professional guy. Explained his concerns about our unit very well. He was not pushy about any of his recommendations.

Cody was awesome from Phase 3. Really knew what he was doing, when arrived. Also received a text message 30 minutes prior to coming. Super nice guy and very helpful and knowledgeable.

As always dealing with Phase 3 is an absolutely professional and delightful experience. I have never had one technician that wasn’t above and beyond professional and polite. And Lance always answers my text ,Phone calls, messages. I have never had not one bad experience with this company. I stand by them 100% if I could give 10 stars I would more like 100 stars. We had a great experience with Phase 3. They recently installed a new HVAC unit at our house and everything went smoothly. Installation was quick and they were less expensive than the other quote we received. Highly recommended!

Phase3 is an amazing company to work with through all phases of our projects. They are professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. They take their time to work through our plans and explain our options to help choose the best system for each home build or renovation.
