Brandon was great! He found problems that no other technician could find, because he was thorough and was determined so that we would have our AC fixed. I will only ask for him for all my HVAC needs!

I love Lee Co! They were so helpful while I owned a home and during the sale of my home. They helped me with plumbing, hvacs, and electrical calls. I also did their monthly maintenance to be proactive for anything that could go wrong and cannot recommend that enough. I am a single adult who works a lot and stays on the go and with Lee Co I knew they would do the job right the first time and would be honest and transparent with me. There’s nothing better than being at peace as you go about life, whether traveling or at work, knowing things at home are in good condition. With any future property I own I would only use Lee Co.

We had a tankless water heater installed, after getting several quotes we opted to go with Lee, the installation crew showed up early and worked hard all day. Extremely professional, tidy, very knowledgeable. I cannot recommend Lee and Chris who did our install enough. Absolutely above and beyond happy with service we received.

Lee Company provides excellent customer service. Calls are always answered in a timely manner. Techs are knowledgeable and are well trained in their fields. They provide detailed information of the problem and options, when possible, on best course of action. Will continue to use them!

I had issues with my Carrier unit and Lee Company was able to schedule a technician to come out that evening, despite the fact that it was below freezing outside and way past sundown. The technician that was dispatched, Earnest, was one of the kindest and most thoroughly knowledgeable persons I have ever met. He immediately was able to troubleshoot the problem and then diligently worked to resolve the issue until realizing that a separate part was necessary and would have to be scheduled for a future follow-up visit. Upon his return when the part was available, he expertly installed and then tested the unit and also provided follow-on service to inspect the res of the system. I am very impressed with Lee Company and Earnest in particular. I will be recommending Lee Company to others, as they were recommended to me by a neighbor. Great job!

George did a great job diagnosing and fixing the cause of our problems with a faulty smoke detector and LED lights burning out too soon. Great work, excellent communication with guidance of how to prevent future issues. Excellent customer service. Highly please with the service George provided us.

I'm glad that I learned about the Lee Company home warranty plan from a Lee service provider. I receive excellent and timely service whenever I need to schedule service. The licensed maintenance and repair field staff have solid knowledge of the issues, the frequent problems they see and they act independently while they are working on the issue. No need to supervise and direct or even to describe at length what has been the problem. They educate and inform as well, as prevention and proper use are always helpful to know about anything.

I would like to brag on Cody the manager of the Hendersonville location of Lee Company. He was kind, courteous, punctual and professional during our purchase of a new hot water heater. He listened without judgement and worked hard to find the right staff to accommodate our wants and needs. Thank you Cody and Dwight!

I recently had an electrician, Mr. Nathan Hooser, from Lee Company come out to install two new electrical outlets, an additional light fixture in my attic, and a new light switch, and I couldn't be more impressed with the quality of work.
The installation was flawless. The new outlets were installed perfectly where I needed them, and the additional light fixture in the attic is a game-changer! It's so much easier to navigate and work up there now, thanks to the bright, well-placed lighting. The electrician also made sure the light switch was positioned conveniently and neatly, with all the work done cleanly and efficiently.

The Lee Company was very punctual in scheduling, communicating and arriving to perform an electrical system inspection. Manny arrived at the appointed time and was prepared with the right tools for the work. He was courteous, friendly and went right to work upon arriving. Thank you Manny and Lee for a job well done.

I’ve been going to Lee Co for over 9 years now I think it is. I have yet to have a bad experience. Their work is thorough and they do what they say they’ll do. (Worse thing ever happened was they put in a new system upstairs and didn’t have the new refrigerant with them that day and had to return the next day, which they promptly did and made it right). Their crews are polite and pleasant and informative. They let you know what they are doing in a very straightforward way. They always end a visit with “before I go any final questions I can answer for you”. I had two technicians this past week and both were great. Thanks David and Ryan.
