Absolutely great company. I called and they were able to come to my house the same day, maintain my unit, explain everything to me, and give me peace of mind. They charged a reasonable rate, were on time, and totally professional. Will definitely call them for any future HVAC needs.

My HVAC system was not heating properly. I called Comfort Masters AC and they came out same day and fixed the issue same day. The technician, Cody, was great! He was very professional and knowledgeable. The price was very fair - Cody even called my HVAC manufacturer to verify my warranty and get the part I needed at no cost to me.

Our air unit stopped working on Saturday. I placed a call to Comfort Masters LLC , told them what had happened and they were so very professional. They came out to run a diagnostic the very next morning and took care of everything. Air is running better than it ever has! I would highly recommend calling Mr. Rudy at Comfort Masters. I know we'll continue to use them.

Rudy and Josh are the real deal. They answered the phone early in the morning and saved the day by promising they would help me and staying in contact with me till they got there. They fixed the problem quickly and at a reasonable price.

Very easy to call and make a same day appointment. Customer service all around is amazing. They truly only want to help you and will happily explain everything along the way. Cody was professional and went above and beyond just a simple check for us.

Although I haven't used the business yet. I am confident in using them based on their evaluation of the systems I have in my house. Cole was very courteous and professional. He gave me several options to fit my budget and mitigation solutions for my problem. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

The install crew Brandon, Jason and Hunter were amazing to work with. Extremely helpful and professional. They came out on a freezing day and installed our new HVAC system. Much appreciated. Cole came out on an after hours call and rocked it. We've been without AC for 3 days. His prior knowledge of my Goodman unit was invaluable and he located the issue within minutes of arrival. He was sociable, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. We even discussed other concerns I had based on work done by another HVAC company. Couldn't be happier with the level of service I received!

I called for a quote on some repairs. They came out the same day and got me an estimate. Very helpful and knowledgeable . Started the job right away, Travis was my technician and he truely went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of completely. Rudy was very easy to work with and they honestly were a God send and an answer to a prayer. I highly recommend them for any job large or small.

Cole came out right on time, as promised. The repairs were done extremely fast, and they were more than affordable. I can't recommend Cole, and Comfort Masters A/C enough. Cole was more than professional, and didn't mind me bugging him with questions. My family greatly appreciates Cole and the guys at Comfort Masters A/C, and cannot recommend them enough. If we need any HVAC work done in the future, these guys will absolutely be the first call.

One of the hottest days this year happened today....of all days for our A/C go out. 75 and climbing inside our home.
I frantically tried to reach a repairman we had
called before...no answer...please leave a message.
Then I found Comfort Masters on Google.
They work 24/7. When I called a friendly voice answered assuring me he could be right over in about 20 minutes. And he was. Rudy checked our system out...checked the duct work, so thorough! He stayed til he got it fixed...He got us up and running in no time!

Cole was great! Very responsive, always kept me aware of the part, and when he would arrive on site. Thanks again for seeing us on such a compressed time and getting us through the cold weather until the part came in for final repair.

Do the research. Cannot beat American Standard equipment. And, for installation, you cannot beat Comfort Masters. I am NOT easy to please. And have had some bad experiences with companies in this area. Competent-they want to know what you want/need and they’ll figure out how to provide it. Personable-they’ll work in your environment (we have 7 dogs and 8 cats) and like it. And finally, Professional. They make and keep appointments. Update you on status. And don’t make excuses. I cannot recommend highly enough. Great job!

Comfort Masters did an excellent job installing our new unit. Their sheet metal bending was second to none. They even went above and beyond making slight improvements to our other units. Great guys and highly recommended!!

I will use them and only them until the end. They helped me out more than I can say. They are professional, honest, and the hardest working company I've seen. They actually care about the customer, which is nice for a change. They've never overcharged me, not once. I gave them a shot when the company I used before tried to sell me thousands of dollars worth of equipment I didn't need...just like your typical car mechanic. I would recommend them to anyone looking for integrity in a business.

David did a great job tonight. We came home late and found our house temperature in the 80s. David came out around 9pm, found the problem, and fixed it. We have been very pleased with Comfort Masters.
