Custom Air quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC unit and had it fully repaired as soon as they were able to obtain the replacement part. They were professional and courteous the entire time, making sure I was informed of the whole process as well as answering any questions I had. Custom air took out our old unit and put in the new one in he done a wonderful job. Me and my husband is well satisfied with the work he done. If anything happens to our unit in the future we will be calling custom air again.

We’ve had extremely high utility bills since we moved into our home, I’m talking $700 in the summer time. We’ve had 3 different people out to repair and replace parts in hopes to fix it and not have to replace it. We determined we probably did need to replace it as none of the repairs made a difference. We called these guys out and after looking at the unit (which was as old as the house is) got a few different quotes with different options for us to chose from. We chose one and they came out at took care of us and we’re so very polite and quick, cleaned up after themselves and was just over all extremely great to work with. 100% would recommend to anyone.
