Home Appliance Master recently repaired a broken water valve on my GE Profile fridge. They were responsive and sent out an amazing technician- Stan. Stan was courteous, on time and made sure to explain everything he was doing, why he was doing it and answered all my questions. I will be using them for future appliance repair needs!

Stan did a great job fixing our 20 year old Whirlpool Oven. He was on time, very knowledgeable, and reasonable priced. I would highly recommend them for fixing any kind of appliances!

I appreciated how quick and knowledgeable the gentleman was who performed the work on the dryer. Had all his tools in a clean work kit, made quick assessment of the dryer and fixed it on the spot. He re-assembled the dryer just the way he found it after replacing the heating element, which he had in his van. Too often the work to get to the issue to fix is overlooked, with stripping of screws, prying metal or reassembling incorrectly, many times causing more future issues. None of that happened with my repair, and will use them for all my future work.

This was my first experience with Home Appliance Master but it will not be my last! Great communication, Stan is knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. My dryer was fixed promptly, Stan answered all my questions patiently and cleaned up so well there was no trace of him having been there. I highly recommend Home Master Appliance... thank you so much for everything.

Stan and Home Appliance Master saved our Thanksgiving.
Our oven broke.I was worried that I would have to cancel Thanksgiving.I called company and Stan came out right away and was able to repair it.
So, Yay! Thanksgiving is back on

I would give this business 10 stars if I could! Stan, the owner, is remarkable. I had a rather urgent situation with water pooling heavily under the refrigerator. He came out at 8 pm that evening (without any extra fees), immediately diagnosed the problem and controlled it until he could return the next morning to complete the repair. He is knowledgeable, very efficient, reasonable, professional, and very kind. I highly recommend him and will use his services for any future appliance repairs needed.

Stan was able to come out to our house same day as we called to look at our dryer which stopped working. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it within 30 minutes. Stan is very nice and professional. Will definitely call him in the future for appliance repair needs.

It took several trips for Stan to diagnose the problem with our refrigerator but his approach was logical and in the end we have a working fridge. I appreciate that he stands behind the parts for 60 days where most do 30. He and his office communicated well throughout the process. I would have no hesitation in using this company in the future.

Home Appliance Master will forever be my go-to for any and all appliance repair needs. They will always let you know well ahead of time if the technician is running behind or can come earlier than planned. They are very communicative which I appreciate. Very kind, and very knowledgeable. So far, Home Appliance Master has repaired my dishwasher and replaced my garbage disposal and I am 100% satisfied. They even follow up with you days after the service to make sure the repair or replacement is working properly. I love this company and I highly recommend!!!

Stan is great! He was knowledgeable about our washer, and was able to fix the issue. He had to come out 3 times due to needing to get various parts, but was always very communicative about arrival times and flexible with our schedule. He was very professional and hard working. Will definitely use home appliance master in the future if needed.

Home Appliance Master responded quickly to my call. Stan was honest and went with most probably problem and how to fix ourselves. But when that didn't work he quickly returned, ordered a part and fixed our LG fridge. Great to work with. Good communicators. Highly recommend. Good with big dogs. Lol

Stan did a great job fixing the washer. Our washer broke again after he fixed it, and he came back and consistently worked on it till he it was fixed. I never felt like was trying to take advantage of me like other repairmen do. Honest guy doing honest work.

This is the second time I’ve had Home Appliance Master come out. Both times Stan has done great and honest work! Even once, he told me what to do over the phone to save me a service call! He knew it was an easy fix and that anyone could do it! Stan is about helping the customer not about trying to charge you for everything. I can not recommend enough!

Home Appliance Master was contracted by my home warranty provider for an issue with my clothes dryer. It was a well-coordinated and efficient process. Home Appliance Master was able to schedule a service visit the next day. Stan assessed, repaired, and validated proper functioning in an impressively short timeframe! He offered recommendations to further extend the life of my dryer and washer and demonstrated essential cleaning of the appliances. He also ensured that he left the workspace very tidy. I really appreciate Stan for his friendliness and expertise and highly recommend Home Appliance Master for appliance repairs.

Stan did a fantastic job! The service fee was included in the final price after work was completed. I put in the request and within 3 days he was there to fix my washer. He even showed me something I could do on my own the help with the problem in the future. There was a 6 month warranty on the service and final price was fair. Will definitely use again if there are any issues with my appliances in the future.
