Kelly Willis was our HVAC technician who came to our home do a routine maintenance on our unit. He was professional, personable and very time efficient!!

They do a great job each year tuning up my system. Honest, on time and friendly. They have even installed a split system in my home and 3 years later it's still running perfectly. High recommend giving them a try.

Excellent service. My wife had Parkinson and heat hurts her , They said it will be Monday . When they found out about her health, they sent someone in less than one hour! That is special!

Daniel is amazing and C and M doe such great work. I love this company and the stability they provide for our home.

C&M is the real deal. They are an HVAC company that is competent, courteous, and honest. They helped us out when we were in a tight spot with an older HVAC unit with a difficult part to find. They helped us find the part and get it installed at a reasonable price.

I have been working with and round C&M for over a decade. Not only would i recommend them at a professional level, i recommend them personally. The office staff is prompt and great with notifications. Service has always been helpful. Daniel one of the service techs has been a pleasure to work with. As far as installation they are a 10 out of 10. Johnny and the crew professional, informed and clean.

C&M installed an HVAC unit two years ago and did an amazing job helping me select a unit that suited my home. Recently, a freak power outage happened that shorted my motor (in 90 degree weather!) and they were very quick to have someone come out to replace it. Five stars, no notes, highly recommend!!

We had a new HVAC system installed and ductwork. All the teams that did the install were awesome on time and very professional. Highly recommend C&M if anyone’s looking for service or new unit install.

Olivia is so very kind and understanding each time we talk. She does what she says and follows up to make sure her crew do what she tells me they are supposed to be doing. Clarence came out and installed the new split system in record time. He explained everything up front and cleaned up as he went. 5 Star service as always.

Kelly was very thorough and made sure everything was checked and cleaned when we had an issue with our downstairs heating unit. Olivia was also great to work with over the phone when figuring out the part we needed (2 vastly different costs and eta’s). Scheduling was easy and quick as well. Will definitely be calling them again if/when it’s needed.

So grateful to have found C&M heating & cooling. In a world of scam artists, they don’t over-charge or tell you your unit needs to be replaced. They diagnose the problem and limit the cost to what’s wrong. Extremely professional, educated & accommodating in the case of emergencies. If you happen to get Daniel & Justin, know you are in good hands!

Aaron arrived right on time and listened while I explained the problem. He when up to my attic and showed me just what I needed to know.

Justin was courteous and prompt. Great communication during the emergency repair.

Kelly answered my call and came out same day within a couple hours. Total cost for replacing a run capacitor was $136 which included labor. This place doesn’t overcharge for a service call and doesn’t nickel and dime you for fees. I was a little worried at first because he was so quick to fix the a/c that we didn’t even have a chance to discuss whether to proceed (I’m used to getting estimates and then giving the OK)…but when I saw the invoice we were floored. Would totally use C&M again. Thanks so much for being honest and Johnny on the spot.

Great experiencing yet again! Kelly crawled under the crawlspace, identified the issue and resolved it. He even put pest guards on our AC unit.
