I've had a contract with Copeland & Son, for the last 18 plus years now. Nathan, Erica and all the Copeland family/employees are simply amazing! I feel like a part of the family. They're Honest, Hard Working people that provide a Courteous and Professional Service. And they do so with a smile and much respect. Copeland & Son, thank you for all you do!

We just used Copeland for a number of services including a mini split and new HVAC. They did a great job getting our heat fixed before the cold. Dylan and Aiden worked two full days in the cold the get our mini split installed. I would recommend them to friends and family.

We had Ryan S. out to expand some of our air ducts in an area of the home that was too hot. He was very thorough, personable and detailed in his work. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and cares about doing a good job. Hard to come by these days. Give this guy a raise!!

Called today Airtron came out same day to help with our thermostat. AirTran tech Andrew reviewed you to work thermostat eventually we had him get rid of holds completely so we can have our home steady temperature. He realized we had secondary thermostat upstairs and redid that also. House 80 degrees was not comfortable. He made sure it was cooling before he left. Friendly and knowledgeable.

This was my first dealings with Copeland home services! Technician Michael was great!!!!!! He looked at my gas logs and furnace!!!!!! Thanks!!!!!!!

Ryan and Patrick arrived on time, went straight to work and got our gas fireplace operating again in about 30-45 minutes. They rolled out a real rd carpet to catch the soot from our logs and gas piping so when they left, you couldn’t tell they had been here EXCEPT for the fact the flames are much higher and the heat reflector is shiny clean. Great guys, friendly techs and the fire place looks100% better and is much more friendly.looking. We have no hesitation in recommending this firm and these two techs.

Ryan did a fantastic job of quickly diagnosing the problem with our gas fireplace and getting it working again. He was professional and very friendly. We will definitely use Copeland again!

I have had several things done by Copeland and Sons! They are the best in the business. I have now signed up for the Platinum maintenance plan! Ryan, Dylan, and Patrick just left and did an incredible job with my first service. Feels like this company is at the least my partner in home maintenance but sometimes feels like family!

Ryan S. was just like all of the rest of the Copeland team. He was fantastic! His attention to detail and professionalism were top-notch. As always what a wonderful company. Very customer oriented, friendly and very knowledgeable. Michael has been our technician several times and is always pleasant and explains everything. Very reliable company. I have been with them for over 35 years!!! Highly recommend!!!

AC unit went out overnight on the first 90+ degree weekend. Michael came out on his Sunday, diagnosed the issue and repaired it quickly, while providing great information and customer service. Ended up signing up for annual maintenance- looking forward to continuing to work with Copeland. Thanks Michael!

I had Copeland Home Services out to clean my ductwork and HVAC units, Tyler did a great job and answered all our questions. Ryan also performed seasonal maintenance on my A/C units. They were a pleasure to deal with.

We love Copeland sons! We do their yearly plan for our primary residence and also use them for our rental unit. They are prompt, kind, and do great work! Would recommend them to anyone! I’m pretty particular and they do so much more than any other hvac company.

Tyler and his team spent hours working on an a/c service on our house. They were able to work around our schedule and were professional and even took the extra time to clean up after they finished up (well past normal working hours). I would recommend Tyler and his team to anyone.

We just moved to a new home. Tyler came Monday, and we needed more work because they do so many services. He checked our fireplace, fixed some electrical and installed a hard light in the ceiling that had been done incorrectly and they changed duct work to our AC, Garrett came back with him on Wednesday and without being asked, noticed leaking in our AC unit by the driveway. It's water drainage was upside down and causing water to be trapped inside the unit. We had just had it looked at by another company. Will be using Copeland for the HVAC maintenance!

Michael did an excellent and very thorough job with my HVAC units. So glad I am a member of the Copeland service company!

Our HVAC system stopped working on Sunday. Went on the website and booked an appointment for today (Monday). Tyler S. showed up on time and was very professional. Found the problem and gave me two options. Wait 2-5 days for a new part or could get me a refurbished part today. Price was also reasonable! Would definitely recommend Copeland for any of your needs. Ask for Tyler S. he will get you squared away!

My tech was Michael. He was great!!!! Courteous, professional took the time to explain things fully. I feel I had a first rate job done for a very fair price. My heating unit failed to work yesterday but began working today. Michael checked it out and even cleaned a part. Once again he was up front and honest. I’m thoroughly pleased!!!

Copeland and Sons provides outstanding service. Professional , high quality, family friendly. Not only do they maintain my AC/heating unit but yesterday Ryan and Patrick did an excellent job installing my new gas log fireplace unit also!
