Family tree services did a great job today. Two trees two large holly bushes and cleanup was exceptional. I would recommend to anyone to use this service!

Family Tree Service (Michael) just finished helping me clean up from the winter ice storm and additional trees, and other work I needed completed. From the quoting process to scheduling and after two plus days of work, Michael and all his crew were so professional, kind, and the work was top quality. Michael and his crew took care to make sure my yard was protected through the equipment he used as well as making sure through the process that I was still okay with many of the items we discussed and how they would be handled. Thank you Michael, and all your crew. Definitely, will be back in the near future.

Family Tree Service is great local company here in Gallatin. First time we tried their service and they exceeded all expectations. There service crew was friendly and really cared about the service they provided. High marks for this company!

We have now used Family's Tree service on 2 separate occasions. On both occasions they were very quick and professional and did a great job cleaning up all the shavings leaving everything pristine.

Have no reservations about giving my full recommendation to their business.

We contracted with Rick and his crew to remove 12 trees and stumps in our backyard. The guys were really friendly and professional.

We did have a minor issue with a neighbor (his complaint was very nit-picky). The guys pulled slightly into his driveway to turn around and left tire marks. I let Rick know about the issue and he promised he’d take care of it. Rick stood by his word and sent 2 guys out on a Sunday to pressure wash the tire marks out of the neighbors driveway. Rick even called to follow up with me to be sure everything went as planned and there were no issues to address.

I say all of this because it says a lot about a company when they come back to address an issue after they’ve already been paid. Especially for such a minor nit-picky issue brought by a neighbor.

I normally don't leave reviews but the crew that cut my trees treated them like it was there own property outstanding care and service highly recommend.

Great customer service and follow up. I called them out for an estimate on a Friday afternoon, and they were there the next business day. Rick not only gave me a fair price, but gave me options to best suit my budget and my needs. I would highly recommend Family's Tree Service.

Definitely recommend. Had them shape a 50 ft oak and top 5 crepe myrtle trees. Very professional and efficient. Had proper equipment for the job so no "footprint" was left and cleanup was great.

We had an amazing experience with Family's Tree Service. Great work and done in a really quick fashion. We were hesitant to have to lose so many trees but after their work I think the property looks even better. Can't recommend highly enough!

Can't say enough about the professionalism and the quality of work by Dan, Dillon and others. I had about 18 trees removed. Some not easy to get to. Everyone worked hard in not so great conditions to complete the job. I highly recommend Family's without hesitation. Thanks to all involved!!!
