I had another company quote me 2 weeks for a part and they got me up and running next day. I can’t say enough great things about them, and Darryl was awesoem.

Top oven went down on Wednesday morning, had us up and running by Thursday night before Friday's rush! The technician was super informative. Thank you guys!

We have used Performance since 2016 and our equipment is from 2003, the same technician has continued to service both ovens and he knows them well.
The service call wait is from 2 to 4 days and I feel this is a decent average.
Performance admitted to a mistake and made good on its repair, this type of honesty and willingness to move forward "speaks volumes in their maturity".
They will be phoned again.
