A/C went out. Part was under warranty. Daniel came out and diagnosed the issue. They ordered the part and Shawn came out and put it in. Was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail!

They are without a doubt great. Very knowledgeable,very friendly, very polite. Did a great job, very reasonable. They charged 180 for the diagnostic test and replacing my blower motor that was under warranty. Ars wanted 969.00 for labor for an 1 hr of work on a warranted part. And that 969.00 is not a misprint. Excellent service! They responded promptly and came out to fix our problem the very next day. Great communication -they texted when the representative was on his way and sent his name and photo as well so I knew who was coming and when. Our service rep fixed our problem quickly and was very professional as well. We will definitely use Daniels Hearing & Air again.

Fantastic service! I met Troy through a mutual friend….it was a Friday at 5:30pm & downstairs unit was down. I tore into it & determined I needed a new fan motor. Where can I get parts on a Friday night? Troy stopped by on his way home when I called. He had a motor on his truck, he replaced it & I was back in business. Price was beyond fair considering it was after-hours. I’ve since purchased two new units for an older home & have been very satisfied with the installation & service. I have recommended Daniels to other friends, one builder & they have all been completely satisfied. Can’t go wrong - Highly recommended.

The tech was very nice and courteous, Even though it was a simple fix, he talked me through steps to keep it from happening again. His name is with James and if I was Troy, I would give him a raise. He’s a very nice young man.

I called Daniel's Heating & Air and they had a technician at my house first thing the very next day. The technician, Mr. Daniel, arrived early and promptly went to work on my unit. He repaired the part that was broken but figured out another part was also not working. He kindly informed me of the situation and that the part would need to be ordered. Mr. Daniel was knowledgeable, friendly, & professional. He informed me that I would receive a call from the company to let me know approximately the time it will take to get the part in for the repair and he, Mr. Daniel, would return to repair the unit. And that's exactly what Daniel's Heating & Air and Mr. Daniel did!! Thank you for your services. I will definitely use Daniel's Heating & Air again!!

Well, I had to call Daniel's Heating and Air again, and they were right on time the very next day!! Mr. Daniel was knowledgeable, friendly & professional as he was the last time.
