Professional, on time, problem solvers! Our home is 30+ years old and so is the plumbing. They came in did everything that I asked for a more than reasonable price. It did take some time to coordinate but at the end they have a customer for life.

I absolutely,love,it. Their is no way balls that I would never ever call a plumbing company,besides pipe doctor. That's the only plumbing company that I will ever call. For the rest my life. If I ever need a plumber, that's who I will call.

Brandon came quickly on New Year's day. Gave details of problem and solutions. Price was more than fair and diagnostic fee which was much lower than others went toward repair price.

Eric and Mike was on time, friendly, and professional. They started work immediately and had the pipe repaired in a reasonable amount of time. I will use this company again for any future repairs.

Contacted Ken Miller at the Pipe Dr. to help my mom with a severe plumbing pipe problem. Ken sent Ervin Bodiford, a true professional who did not rest until he had the problem resolved. The resolution required working with the Hall water district and Ervin managed a group of people that at times had ten trucks and 15 workers on the job. He would not let anyone leave until my 90 year old mother had working toilets in her house. Truly this is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever seen. The Pipe Doctor and Ken and Ervin are true hero’s to me and my family and have a customer for life. Look no further if you need someone to do the right plumbing job for you!

Replaced tank less water heater that was less than a year old. The owner and staff that came was friendly did what they could to get a replacement for us. I would recommend!

I called Pipe Doctor late Thursday afternoon, talked with Wes about a water heater replacement; he gave me an estimate, I ask him to schedule me in and Friday morning Ervin and another gentleman came and got my new water heater in and going. The guys were at my home right on time to replace my kitchen faucet. It turned out to be one heck of a job because my kitchen plumbing had issues. The guys worked their butts off! I was so pleased. I recommend them highly. Very nice folks and very professional!

I’ve used this business before and am grateful for Joseph’s prompt and professional service with my most recent issue. He diagnosed our problem almost immediately, resolved the leak, and completed repairs. I am satisfied with his work and that of Pipe Doctor.

Our home warranty company sent The Pipe Doctor to our house after another plumbing company tried and failed to fix a kitchen sink that was not draining. Shawn came out and in about 30 minutes had the sink draining perfectly. Thank you Pipe Doctor for knowing what you're doing and completing the job in a friendly and professional manner.
Update. Two months after the first visit from The Pipe Doctor we had a separate plumbing issue arise. This time we requested that the work be completed by The Pipe Doctor. After some back and forth and an awesome display of effort by Ken, the warranty company approved the job to be completed. The service techs assigned arrived as scheduled and did an outstanding job replacing the septic lines in our very low crawlspace. My husband and I were both impressed with how friendly, professional, and efficient these guys are. We will continue to use The Pipe Doctor after our warranty expires. They know their job and do it well. Thanks guys for taking care of us again!!!

Jackson was professional and kind. He did excellent work on our old pipes and was able to extract a doll head that had made it's way down the pipe after a bath! He was able to come out within 48 hours of our call and you cannot beat the pricing. Really great work, very professional and affordable. 10/10 would recommend.

Joseph came out to the house today and helped find where the water was coming from in our ceiling. He was great and I would recommend calling them for plumbing repairs if you are in the Hardin Valley area!

Jeremy and Kyle are professionals, and did a great job on replacing my tankless water heater. Jeremy did everything he could to save it and made several trips before I finally made the call to replace it. I highly recommend Jeremy and the team at Pipe Doctors!!!!

I’ve used Pipe Doctor for all my plumbing issues and they are first rate. Jeremy, Isaac and Evan are excellent technicians that know how to provide quality work. I can’t recommend them enough to anyone who needs plumbing work.
