I will have to say that Colby Moss was very nice and he found my problem VERY quickly, he was professional in his work and he told me what my problem was with my panel and he showed me the breaker and what was causing the problem he quoted me a reasonable price and got the job done quick, I will tell others about this company and if you are needing help with your electrical panel or any other needs in the home , call them and they will get you back on line fast. It has been several years now that Moss Electric installed a ceiling fan with light and remote in one bedroom, and a ceiling light in my dining area. Both projects were completed on the same day and I remain very pleased.

Gentleman came as he left me a text message he was on his way.I expected more problems than he found and pointed out just needed 2 circuit breakers and replaced him.I was happy it wasn't worse.I will seek out this company to do more work that I talked to the tech that came.Very happy with the service.

Moss was exactly what we needed to install a chandelier in our 2 story foyer when I couldn’t get up there on my own. Josh Boudreaux went above and beyond to install it at the level we wanted and finished up the area when completed.

I’ve had Moss Electric work on my rental properties and personal home for 3 years now. They have completely replaced whole house electric. They’ve been the electricians on a second story addition. They’ve also upgraded services from the city and main breaker boxes.

It’s small town service but in the big city that I like about them. They’re not a huge company with hundreds of employees. Over the years, I’ve gotten to know the ACTUAL people of the company… not a big call center, but “Hey Colby, I’ve got this thing going on…” and he’ll swing by and figure it out on the spot. Or “Renovation coming up — what do we have to do and what can we save?”

This is a relationship-driven, family-built, community electrician group of real people — not an impersonal big box store corporation.

They care, they’re funny, they’re helpful, they make you and your project matter to them — and you feel it.
I almost never write online reviews, but this team has more than earned it.
