This was my first experience with Covenant and I couldn't be more happy. My initial appointment had to be moved due to weather - they called me in plenty of time and re-booked for the next day. The communication the day of service was excellent, the technician was nice, professional, and did a great job. Additionally, I asked him about an issue with the duct work making a popping sound and he took time to look at it and helped remedy the problem - and this wasn't at all what the appointment was for! I glad to have found Covenant and look forward to working with them in the future.

Parker showed up on time to service our AC systems. I thought he was the insect control guy because he was carrying a sprayer and gallon container in his hands. We never had a service guy looking like that before. He said he was here to get started on the AC systems. He finished cleaning the inside coil and headed outside then I saw the back pack on his back and I said "you look like your with Ghost Busters". He then finished up outside and reported both systems are OK with the exception of a slightly weak capacitor. We will continue to use Covenant Heating and Cooling for our AC systems. Thanks Parker.

From the kindness and ease of booking an appointment to the technicians who were friendly, efficient, and professional, we were completely pleased with Covenant Heating and Cooling and plan to use them for our future needs. With lots of choices for AC duct and unit cleaning, it is encouraging to find a company that is fair, punctual, and great at what they do. Very much appreciated!

I can't thank Covenant and Luis enough. Our AC unit froze up and they were able to come the same day. They have provided maintenance on my unit for the last few years and this was my first visit from Luis. Luis was very friendly, respectful, and thorough in his assessment. Although this was at the very end of his day, he stayed around until 8:30 in the rain and in the dark to make sure the job was done correctly. He went above and beyond my expectations! I have asked the Covenant office to make sure Luis is my tech moving forward.

Covenant always sends sharp and personable techs that do a thorough job. Have always been pleased with their service.

Our Air Conditioner started not cooling overnight Saturday. Sunday I called Covenant who added us to the list for repairs.
Parker showed up and determined very quickly I had a Freon leak somewhere. He took his leak detector and searched the entire unit until he found the leak! Once the leak was found it didn’t take long to fix. During the search for the leak and the repair we had a pretty fast moving Thunderstorm and strong rain rolled in. Parker just got out an umbrella and continued to work until the job as complete and we had nice cold air once again!

I was very happy with the service. Josh was our tech and he was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and friendly during his visit to our home to assist with our AC unit!

My furnace stopped working during an extreme cold spell and within 4 hours Covenant Heating and Cooling had a repair person out to diagnose and fixe the problem.

I have used Covenant Heating and Cooling for my HVAC needs over the past few years. Great office staff and technicians. Very good communication as far as arrival times and by the technicians explaining the issues and repairs needed. Here recently my technician was Stuart. He was very professional and informative. Although repair work is no fun, the experience with the company was very positive. Thank you.

Josh was a very detailed and friendly technician when he serviced our HVAC system. He took time to explain the results of his inspection and was clearly a genuine guy - just like all the techs we’ve met from Covenant. I cannot recommend this trustworthy team enough.

Parker D. was my tech and did amazing job. For my package and split units he was here 2 hours. He took his time, worked efficiently and methodically and kept me fully informed on the health of the units. He checked all the amps/voltages and pulled the fans from the outdoor condensers and cleaned out the grass/leaves and sprayed the coils. Super thorough job. Really appreciate his attentiveness and detail.

Covenant and the technician, Josh, who came out today far exceeded our expectations. With the recent heat wave our AC started misbehaving. Covenant came out Thursday and thought they resolved the issue. The AC still was not acting right, but we could not figure out if we were misusing it or if it still had something wrong because it was not keeping up. On Sunday we decided to get Covenant back out. Since the AC was still somewhat functional, instead of calling, I put in a written appointment request on their website on Sunday explaining the situation and requesting service on Monday. Josh was out at our house on Sunday within 90 minutes of me putting in the request. He identified the root cause and had a temporary fix done where the AC is now fully functional until the replacement part needed can come in. We are new owners of a 20yr old house with a 7yr AC system. We really appreciate the quick responses that Covenant has provided each time we have needed to reach out to them. Their regular maintenance prices and repair prices have been extremely reasonable. We beyond satisfied with the quality of service, detailed explanations, and quick responses from Covenant and most specifically their owner John and today's technician, Josh.

This was our fall visit for our annual maintenance. He showed up on time and was pretty quick about it. He was nice and polite, too. Covenant folks always are!
