Complete plumbing job for a bathroom remodel. They did an outstanding job from start to finish. Reed is a true professional and all around great guy.

My fiancé and I were looking for general maintenance on our HVAC, crawlspace and water heater. We were happy to see that this company services all of these.

Upon inspection, Alec did a great job breaking down everything for us to understand, what to look out for and made us feel very aware of how our own home works.

Alec provided photos along with his inspection, showing just how thoroughly he cleaned our HVAC system- which is only a year old! He sent us this photo of a before and after. We’re glad to have called when we have, and highly recommend them as a company.

It's saturday night & our unit quit. I messaged Petitt from their online site & they called me within 10 minutes at approx. 8:30 pm. Very professional, pleasant & sweet female said she could have someone to me between 9:30-11pm. At 9:24 I received a text that the technician was already on his way. The technician Alec B. tested the system explaining everything to me as he worked & quickly found the problem. Quote was given up front & by 11 pm he was finished & had the unit running. This was an excellent experience with super fast results & done with great explanation at every step. Alec was extremely knowledgable, kind & courteous & had great professional manners. He also gave me great advice on going forward maintenance of the unit.

I highly recommend Petitt Heating & Cooling! Brett & Jock came out today for my yearly service. They were both very professional and thorough. They even put a seal around my unit to the house that was never done by the other company that originally installed my unit. They both explained what they did today and made a couple of suggestions that could help me and my unit for long term. I cannot speak highly enough of this company. I love that they are family owned. They care about their clients and it shows.

Jock was exceptional today, arrived very quickly and figured out our problem. Explained everything very well and had us back in the cool within an hour or so. A good guy with a pleasant attitude and it was a joy to have such great service and be treated like family. I highly recommend Petitt. And ask for Jock….

Such a pleasant experience. Great communication from the office keeping me informed on when to expect a tech to arrive. Logan showed up in a clean uniform and provided a highly professional interpretation of everything we needed to know on what work was being done and how to keep a proper check on the unit. 10/10 would recommend!

We have used Petitt Heating and Cooling for 2 years now. They are always excellent. Recently we had a dehumidifier and sump pump installed in our crawl space. Austin Pryor was our technician, and I wanted to give some praise to him and his team. They were extremely professional and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. They also have the best office team and customer service. Truly a wonderful company.

Alec did a very good and thorough cleaning and maintenance check with voltage, amperage readings one of the best techs we have had. Job well done and polite and respectful too

We woke at 2am to a smell of burning plastic. I called Petitt at 630am asking if there was anyway someone would come out before the snow storm. They sent Alec right away! He found that our HVAC breaker box was burning in our attic. If we had to wait until after the snow storm our house could have burned down. I’m so grateful for Alec and Brett! Got us fixed up right away! Thank you a million times! You literally saved our home and family!

Brett and Mike from Petitt Heating and Cooling provided excellent service today addressing several issues with which my home heating system has struggled over the past three winters. Where other service providers provided basic service, Brett determined the root cause for these issues and educated me about real solutions. Though a new customer, they were here the same day I called, got my heat working, and determined a plan to address my larger issue. Based on their excellent service, I joined Petitt’s annual maintenance program and look forward to working with their team for my HVAC and Plumbing needs.

My daughter’s heat went out Thanksgiving night. I contacted Petitt Heating and air via email about 12:15am. Petitt contacted me first thing Friday morning. Alec Brown came to house, immediately diagnosed issue which was a relay and fan, ordered parts and repairing unit this afternoon. Alec also offered and discussed an optional service plan which we decided to go with. Alec was very courteous, professional and diagnosed issue immediately. Great job, great service!
