Had an AC unit stop working over the weekend. Left a message on Star’s office phone. Got a response that very night and had a service guy at my door by 8:30 am on Monday. Fixed the unit. Checked over the rest of my HVAC. Did not attempt to gouge or sell me anything I didn’t need. Such a reliable company!!

I was referred to Star by one of my clients and I am so glad. They were out very quick, estimate for new unit immediately, and installed within a few days. I called and Rick was out the same morning. Gave me a 5 minute heads up that he was on his way. He got straight to work. Cleared the clogged drain in the unit, let me know he was done and was on his way to his next client. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Star Heating and A/C. I have used Star for years. First night needing heat for the season, one of many with problems, but they got to me that morning. Luckily mine was an easy fix. The gal on the phone was kind enough to explain the statement details (what exactly was replaced), so now I know a little more about my unit!
