Our heat unexpectedly went out in our house overnight. When we realized, I was able to quickly reach and book an appointment with Tennessee Air. They had a technician out to my house and the problem resolved within a few hours. I was very impressed with their customer service, responsiveness, and ability to quickly diagnose and fix our unit. We will definitely be using Tennessee Air for all of our future HVAC needs!

Knowledgeable friendly service, timely arrival after notification and reasonable charge for service. As a veteran myself I highly recommend utilizing them for all your HVAC needs!

TNAir was definitely the right decision for us. They worked within our time frame, our budget, and we're very patient even when there were some delays and Mix-Ups on behalf of another company installing the gas lines. We're pleased with the service and the price and would highly recommend TNAir.

Google gave me 5 options to state what exactly I liked about Tennessee Air...the only problem is that all of these things describe our experience with them. They took my call on a holiday and after hours. They scheduled me for the very next morning. They arrived, worked, and were gone within an hour. Anyone who will listen will hear about Tennessee Air and they will get all of the referrals from me I can gather. Thank you Tennessee Air!

This company is very honest and does great work. The home we bought a few months ago had an outdoor HVAC unit that was purchased in 2019 by the previous owner and installed by another company. The company that installed the unit wired it incorrectly which resulted in too much amperage going to a fuse. You could tell the fuse in question was newer than the rest so it had blown at least once. Instead of fixing the source of the problem the previous owner’s HVAC company would just replace the fuse and call it a day. This left an issue that would continue to reoccur. Tennessee Air came out, replaced the fuse and ALSO tested things until they found the source of the issue and ultimately rewired the unit. Now our HVAC unit won’t go out randomly leaving us without heat because it is truly fixed. This is a damn good company to do business with. Thank you so much. Our 4 week old baby and mama are very thankful we have heat and a properly functioning HVAC unit again.

I have to say I cannot say enough good things about Tennessee Air. They check my system every six months and let me know if any kind of work needs to be done. They are so reasonably priced and very knowledgeable. I feel very confident that my system is being tended to. Give them a try and I promise you won’t regret having them check your unit!

This is a professional air-conditioning company. They communicated well from the time that I scheduled the appointment, they answered any and all of my questions. When they were in route I received a notification. Not to mention they were early for their scheduled appointment, and totally respectful of my time. They kept me updated throughout the process of the repair.

The technician, Stephen D. that performed the repair with his partner were both very respectful of our home. They make sure to keep their booties/shoe protective covering on while in our home and every time they exited our home to go outside they removed them so they didn’t transfer the outside dirt into our home. I will totally recommend this company and would use them for any future HVAC concerns or issues I may have.

I called and requested an evaluation of our AC unit and ducts. I was provided with service within an hour of my initial phone call. Skyler & Stephen went above and beyond when addressing our concerns about our particular ductwork situation and gave a thorough examination our AC, attic and crawl spaces. They were kind, courteous and very helpful. I recommend them very highly!

The technician was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I feel like he treated me fairly. Did a great job replacing coil on my unit.

Tennessee Air came to our home same day and did a thorough inspection on our AC unit. Pricing was very reasonable and the technician was honest with repair work that needed completed. Overall we are very happy with our service.

Excellent. I called Tennessee Air as a second opinion about replacing a house HVAC. They were upfront and honest about charges but found the issue instead of just looking to replace an entire unit. I highly recommend and will probably do business with them for HVAC needs from now on.

Update Apr 2025: Still the best service I've found. Some of our aging ductwork broke and needed to be replaced. It was a big job, but they worked us in quickly and knocked it out in less than a day. They get the job done right the first time. I can't recommend them enough.

Update Oct 2022: We've been on the twice-yearly service plan since our initial engagement with this company, and they continue to deliver quick, professional service at a great price.

Our AC went down late on a Friday afternoon. I feared that we either wouldn't be able to get it fixed until Monday, or it would cost an arm and a leg.

Several other businesses in the area were already closed for the day, but Tennessee AIR picked up when I called and sent someone over within a couple hours.

Stephen arrived and quickly assessed the problem. He took me out to the unit and showed me the issue, quoted me a very reasonable price, then confirmed I wanted to fix it. All told, he had our AC up and running again in about thirty minutes - much better than the uncomfortable weekend I was envisioning.

We just moved to this part of town, but we've now found our go-to for HVAC needs. Highly recommended.

I am so impressed with TN Air thanks to their solid customer service, fair pricing and their friendly/knowledgeable technician, Skyler. We have been loyal to another HVAC company for years but decided to get a quote from TN Air after our unit needed a major repair. Due to it being summertime, we were grateful that they arrived a couple of hours after our initial call. TN Air was able to repair our unit within 24 hours and saved us money in the process versus their competitor’s pricing. I would highly recommend TN Air to anyone needing HVAC service in middle TN!
