Fast and friendly people! Called and came out the same day and was shooting for the next week! Mine was an easy fix so very thankful!!

Once again PVH&A came to the rescue. Extremely hot day, A/C stopped cooling. Tammie contacted me shortly after I called for service. She kept me in the loop as the day progressed. Trevor arrived, diagnosed the problem and made the needed repairs and even addressed another issue while he was at our home. This outfit has rescued us several times and it all started with a new HVAC installation about 6 years ago. Everything has been top notch ever since. This is THE best HVAC outfit I have ever done business with. I recommend them highly.

Fast forward a few years and I’m happy to share another exceptional experience with Powell Valley. Replaced entire HVAC system in our home. Prompt and efficient estimating and perfect execution. Follow up texts and emails even on a Sunday. Couldn’t be happier with this group.

These people are amazing! So polite and they try so hard. The technicians are gems of manners and care for you home. I called and they were able to get a person here in about and hour.

WOW! My home's air conditioning stopped working. I called them the next morning and they thought they could be out within 24 hours. They called me back later the same day and came out to see what was going on. Diagnostics and fixed within 30 minutes. They also said my old unit looked good and didn't try to sell me a new one. Plus, they offered advice on another fix. They left and we had A.C.! Invoice was mailed to me and it was super reasonable. They are my go-to company now.

I have been a customer since 2005, or 20 years! Needless to say we believe that Powell Valley Heating & Air are an excellent service provider. They are polite, efficient and knowledgeable . They also communicate well through problems big and small which is always reassuring. Their honesty is beyond reproach- over 20 years I have not once believed I was being over charged. That’s down to their open communication and honest evaluation of every repair or replacement, or additional AC needs. I highly recommend Powell Valley Heating and Air to friends and neighbors and now, to the “Googlverse”. Excellence deserves a shout out. Five stars!

Good service from what I gather, but couldn't get a call back in a timely manner and when i did they were too overbooked 1+ weeks wait time. Other than that, I assume if they are that busy they may be understaffed, or business is good. Either way, I haven't heard anything negative about PVH&A.
