Hiller is nothing short of a blessing!
Within an hour after calling about an emergency stating my father’s heat and power to his unit was out, they had a technician out. On a SUNDAY!
I wish I could remember his name. Super super sweet guy. He was extremely knowledgeable and wouldn’t leave until he knew the issue and that my dad would be safe. They decided it was best to just replace the entire unit. He said they would send someone out first thing the next morning. Brandon came out to work the financing part of everything with my dad and I. Was super sweet and fast! He told us they would get to work first thing the next morning. Within two days start to finish, my dad had heat. Jermaine, Mike and their crew come out to save the day! Everyone from the ladies in the office to technicians to the crew, were so sweet and fast. I couldn’t thank them enough. If I could kiss them all on the head, I would haha. May God bless you for the wonderful work you all do ❤️

Hiller is always quick to get the job done right. We are very pleased with them.

John and Brandon were fantastic! Not only were they professional, they were compassionate. John quickly worked to check the extent of the problem, and assured me it wasn't nearly as bad as I feared. When the repair was completed, they cleaned up so well I couldn't tell they had been there except for the shiny new pvc pipe. Hiller is listed in my contacts as "Our Plumber" and if I need saving again, I hope John and Brandon are assigned to my repair! (Shout out to Gabe for the assist.)

If you need a guy choose Blake J.! Beyond impressed with the work and professionalism by him. From now on, due to my experience, Hiller is my go to company!

Had a leak at the transition from the water meter exit line to main house water line.
Work was very good, the plumber was nice, friendly, seemed very competent and knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. No complaints at all about him.
Was unhappy with the charges at first, but the general manager and I worked out a good resolution. He was friendly, listened well, and very interested in my satisfaction, and even told me to contact him personally if I had any issues.
Very good company who puts customer satisfaction above all. Great warranty.
Would highly recommend this company!

Mr.Ethan Stanley was delightful. He was knowledgeable about every aspect and allowed me to ask any question I could think of and he was always ready with a proper answer. Having used Hiller in the past the proof is in the people!! Thank you for being so amazing and helpful and honest.

Zach was wonderful at keeping
me informed about the parts ordered for my unit. He was courteous and kind when at my home and finished the repair in record time. He made sure my questions were answered and any concerns addressed. He practiced excellent customer service and care.

My husband woke up this morning to a smell of electrical burning. He woke me up and to say its terrifying to wake up to it smelling like your house is going to burn down is an understatement. I called Hiller and they had someone here within a few hours. I shut off the power in the meantime. The Technician Eric was awesome. He knew right away what the issue was kept us informed and got us fixed right up. Today was an eye opener as a home owner so we took Erics advice and signed up for Happy Hiller club. That way we can have inspections down throughout the year and making sure we keep our family and our home safe. I highly recommend Hiller and especially Eric with Hiller! So much more piece of mind now!

I highly recommend Hiller. From start to finish, catching an electrical emergency/hazard (saving my house from burning to the ground), replacing electrical panel(s), wires and installing a split unit, they have all been great. Knowledgeable, and informative. All the techs and supervisors have been professional, patient with me (all my worries and concerns now that I am doing life as a widow) and caring. Thank you to all of them.

Mr. Salazar was nothing short of amazing. He was on time, professional, courteous, and detailed regarding the services that were needed, and also gave me options. I am extremely grateful and satisfied with the service that I received. I am even more thankful that I chose this company. You all are superb!

Mr. Midgley the technician for Hiller did a great job on servicing our unit on today. He also shared with us recommendations to consider to keep our ac/heating system running properly

Zach Taylor came out today to help with a plumbing need. He was courteous, timely, honest, and very knowledgeable. Zach really listened to what my issue was and didn't try to push or upsell anything beyond. First time using Hiller and glad I did. Will surely call again for any future needs.

My technician notified me before he arrived. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the problem at my home. He finished the job in a timely manner and the bill was affordable. I would recommend Hiller to anyone who may need repairs at their home.

Just got a new a/c installed. It took them half a day to get the old one out and new one in. Keith kept me updated throughout the process. The new a/c looks awesome and is working great. It’s the second project they’ve done on the house and they’ve done outstanding work on both projects.

Need a quick fix for the sewer clean out and HVAC drain in order to prep for new concrete patio. Ken was on time and completed the work in an expeditious manner. Happy with the results.

Always courteous and kind! Very timely for my water leak inside the wall. Very professional! Have always taken the time to explain to me what they are doing and why.

Not always the cheapest option but I am sure that you have heard “you get what you pay for”! I’d rather pay a little (very little) extra and feel confident that the job is don’t right the first time! I have never had to have them come back out to fix an issue that they have worked on previously!

We had a clogged sink the day before Mother’s Day. I called multiple companies and no one was available till Monday. I called Hiller and they sent Erick Perez out Within an hour. Erick Showed up he was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I explained what happened he tried snaking it a few times then a bigger snake Still wouldn’t get it. Erick Ask asked me where the crawlspace was crawled underneath and found the problem. He told me what we needed to do to fix the problem and how much it would be to get it done. He didn’t even hesitate after I said I wanted to get it done. He just got to work. Thank you Erick for all your hard work. He cleaned up everything and got us back to normal. I definitely recommend Erick and Hiller! 🙏
