Do not waist your money and time calling them! They do not care to fix your equipment and your small business. They do not guarantee their work! I’m so disappointed with them, they fixed my commercial cooler and it broke down again next day, the same thing, called them, to be told, they have to charge me again to come out. Do not waist your time because tech is on purpose being very slow so he can charge you more money

Worst service and people to deal with. Their techs aren’t smart at all. They put the wrong Freon in the cooler and then asked me more money to replace it when they didn’t know what to use to begin with

I run a non profit and they had to continue working on our freezer, because it would go back down soon after the repair. We pd over $2000 and still have a broken down freezer. They asked me to never call them again. We are out all that money and still no freezer. Don't waste your money.

This company charged us 512$ to come out and look at a freezer of ours just to recommend we buy a new freezer. No mention of this charge upfront or we would have not had them come out for that price. They where only here for hour an half or so. That’s over 100$ an hour! Be careful with having this company come out for your services. Highway robbery.
